We can offer accommodation in each of our four apartments. Studio Apartment Tonka offers shared swimming pool (50m2) with shallow part for children with jaccuzzi tub. Free parking place is also provided. Apartment Tonka offers one room, one bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed for two and terrace.

The apartment was new, modern, and very clean – everything was in great condition. We really appreciated the quality and enjoyed our stay. The pool area was also very nice, with plenty of sun loungers and space to relax.The only downside was the sea view, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. From both the apartment and the pool, the view is mostly blocked by trees, so you only get a small glimpse of the sea. It’s something to be aware of if a clear sea view is important to you.

Pool area and owner were nice but you can't really see the sea and you are directly under the airport flight path, planes arrive from 6am to 12am. The apartment was too small for 2 adults and 2 children really and showing its age.

The apartment had everything that we required and Anna and Stejpo were the perfect hosts and were very attentive to all of our wishes and needs, and couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. We have just returned from a weeks stay in the one bedroom apartment. It’s not big but we found it more than adequate for myself, my husband and adult daughter who slept on the large sofa bed. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and we mostly had the pool to ourselves. There is some noise from planes flying overhead but it didn’t bother us at all. It’s a fairly short (10 minute) walk downhill to the restaurants and seafront. Cavtat (pronounced Tsavtat) is a beautiful town away from the busyness of Dubrovnik whilst still having plenty to see and do. The locals are friendly and welcoming and it feels very safe.

Host was fantastic, apartment was small but very clean, location was perfect so time in the apartment was limited, pool was spotless, a full length mirror would be a bonus and sharp knives for bread and nibbles for the occasional wine and cheese night on the balcony ;-) Thank you and we had a very lovely week, Lorna & Gregg

A great stay in a wonderful apartment hosted by Pepo and his lovely mum who picked us up and dropped us back at the airport. The apartment is spacious for 2 but there is a pull out sofa for 2 extra spaces if needed. The pool area is very clean as is the pool itself. There is a supermarket near by for essentials and it is a 10 minute walk to Cavtat harbour for more shops and lots of restaurants - the walk back is uphill but that is standard for this area. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful holiday.

Property is in a good location and has a nice pool - you’ve all read about the hills and steps. Owners were friendly and very helpful, they picked us up from the airport and stopped at the supermarket before taking us to the apartment. I would recommend this place to stay 👍

The apartment is located close to the sea and the promenade with many restaurants. There is a wonderful swimming pool with a children's area and a comfortable terrace. The apartment has everything you need for a stay, especially a lot of towels. We were satisfied with the holidays.

The property was as described...more bijou than expected but fine for a family of three for a week. We had the ground floor apartment but there are bigger options. Lovely pool with great views. Comfy bed, good aircon, decent shower and very near to Cavtat...quite a climb back up the hill which may not suit some. Great hosts who provided transport to/from airport. Would recommend Villa Laureana for anyone wanting to see this stunning part of Croatia. Some aeroplane noise as villa is under flight path but easy to get into Dubrovnik with regular bus and boats accessing the Old Town.

nice cosy appartment for the 2 of us, very clean, pool was beautiful, owner was very helpful with what ever we needed and even picked us up from the bus stop as we have no car and brang us up too the appartment, would gladley stay again here if we ever visit cavtat on out travels

A wonderful 1 bedroom appartment with a small kitchenette. I cannot fault anything, it was clean, comfortable and the view amazing. The small pool was shared with the other 3 apartments but this was not an issue. There is a shop about 10 minutes up the hill which catered for everything we needed and a fantastic little cafe/restaurant just before this. I wiuld recommend this to anyone.

Fabulous location with a step short walk to the beautiful waterfront . We didn’t realise our apartment was located at the side of the building which was a shame as we didn’t have a view over the pool area etc . Our apartment ( 1 bed ) was small and we found it difficult to self cater . The kitchen area and bathroom were too small for 10 nights and we felt needed a bit more equipment to eat in regularly. We were 2 adults with an 8 yr old who slept on the sofa bed . If we came again would definitely opt for one of the bigger apartments! Anna the lady who met us was extremely helpful and there regularly if you needed anything.

This property has everything you need, but very small even fur two people. That being said it had a nice outside patio to sit on and the pool space. The view isn’t view good of the sea as the trees have grown in and block the view.

Hired the smaller of the 3 apts for a week...Found space limited and cramped for 3 adults...Also cluttered for available space in bathroom and living/dinning area...Outdoor area, pool, seating and sunbeds etc excellent...Stunning views of local landscape, village and a distant Dubrovnik... Well positioned for town marina dining etc... 8 minutes straightforward drive from airport... Some flight noise from landing and take- off aircraft but nothing disturbing... Host really friendly, accommodating and available...Would definitely revisit and recommend.

Beautiful little city, great accommodations, welcome owners. We had one bedroom apartment with everything we need, little kitchenette, shower, washing machine, very comfortable beds, both even sofa bed was very comfy. Amazing common area with beautiful swimming pool with stunning view. City is about 10 minutes to walk, which is not a problem at all. Property is on a hill. We had a brilliant time in Cavtat

Our host, Stijepo Deranja, picked us up at the airport at arrival and even took us to a supermarket and helped us to do the first shopping for our one week stay. The apartment had a lovely pool and view over the bay in Cavtat. Our host was very kind and helped us with minor things in the apartment and also came around every other day to check if everything was ok. He also drove us to the aiport at departure , which we really appreciated. Cavtat is a charming little town with many good restaurants. It is nice to be able to go to Dubrovnik by boat from Cavtat. We warmly recommend a stay in one of the four apartments in Villa Laureana. Ulla and Conny from Sweden

An amazing week at this peaceful villa with beautiful views and excellent pool. The apartment is small but perfect for two and had everything required. Towels, tea towels, pool towels, good sized fridge, dishwasher and even a washing machine! The walk in to town was easy and although steep we managed to walk back every evening. The apartment and pool were spotless and there were plenty of sun beds (pool shared with 3 other apartments) and communication with the owner was easy . We appreciated the lift from and to the airport. Cavtat is a gem - so pretty with its harbour and beautiful yachts and there are lots of restaurants to choose from. The sea is the most incredible blue and there are plenty of places to swim from. There are some lovely walks too. The planes fly directly overhead but aren’t constant and we soon got used to them. Make sure you take mosquito repellent - there were plenty of mosquitoes around. We will be recommending this place to friends back home. Thank you to Stijepo and his staff. Lynn and John
