Fantastic location and views, comfortable bed and plenty hot water.

Better equipped kitchen facilities eg coffee machine/ cafetière and microwave. No ambient lighting in sitting area. North facing so no sun on balconies.

Overall 4 stars apartment with a fab view from the balcony.

It's location, by the sea. Great sea view from the balcony and one of the bedroom.

The second room had a window but with the view of a wall. We think the resturant below vented the cooking fumes into this tiny court yard. So we had the window closed at all time. We had to turn the light on in this room. The owner gave us a blade air freshener to use in this room.

We were met on arrival and shown around. Mihael was a pleasure and very helpful. The location was perfect - close to everything. We love Cavtat and will be back again and again!

Brilliant location, quiet apartment, great hosts.

What a location!!! Right on the seafront, and from the 2nd floor apartment, a fantsatic view! We were worried about noise, but the windows were great at sound-proof. It had a lovely balcony, and we could have breakfast or a later drink, and watch the world go by. Cavtat has 3 bays, the one with the Albatross hotel (noisy), the old town (busy), and the one Vanda is in - which is the goldilocks location for Cavtat.

We do not mind low flying aircraft - but if you do, then be aware that Cavtat is on the approach to Dubrovnik airport. Not a problem in the apartment as it is soundproofed. There are no sandy beaches - so make sure you have some sea shoes for the rocks and urchins

Brilliant apartment with amazing view

Loved the view from the excellent sized and furnished balcony. The apartment was simply yet perfectly furnished for easy self catering. The beds were very comfortable.

Great views and close to everything without a big walk uphill.

Proximity to waterfront and restaurants. Balcony view was amazing. Beds were comfortable Owner was very responsive to any questions.

Lack of insect screening and noise from restaurants at night until closing. Second bedroom would be hot in middle of summer. No fans or air conditioning in either bedrooms. Be aware that there is no lift to apartments.

A very pleasant stay, great value for money in a great location, and the communication was excellent

Location was as good as you could get, away from the bustle of the centre of Cavtat, but close enough to walk there in less that 5 minutes. Also there were enough eating drinking option right on the doorstep, not to mention the sea.

Nothing significant I can think of. The only slight dissapointment was that there was no oven. The appartment had had renovations and it actually was more modern than the pictures suggest. But there is now just a 2 hob stove top, so this did limit options for self catering.

Good location bring towels.

The service was great, they picked us up and took us to the airport. There was two separate bedrooms.

Could use a deep clean, while not dirty looks like they wipe it, but it needs scrubbing not just wiping since it feels a little worn and dingy, They need some new towels especially, towels were very old and rough, just new linens overall. Bath was broken and getting s little moldy. No Ac in the rooms, it was very hot, the only AC is in the living room. It was still decent for the price and location in the high season, just bring your own towels.

The view from Vanda was amazing. We could have sat on the balcony all day. Everything was so handy- supermarket, restaurants, boat trips, lovely walks, swim areas.

The shower was basic- hand held shower head. But it was adequate.

Loved the location and the apartment, and very appreciative of the caring host!

This was a fantastic location and the price was less than half of the luxury hotel just a few steps away. We had the entire apartment to ourselves and the host was wonderful. He was there to greet us and when I found out there was no hair dryer, it was brought in almost immediately. The view from the balcony was magnificent, we were directly in front of the sea!

Fantastic location right by the sea which is crystal clear so lovely for swimming and with wonderful views , great walks and within a few minutes of the old town with plenty of good restaurants.

Certainly not a criticism but only an observation, the apartment does not have the sun on the balcony however this is made up for by the outlook and view of the water.

What a lovely apartment

We stayed in the top floor apartment with a beautiful sea view. The apartments are a pleasant flat walk to Cavtat old town, anyone that has stayed in Cavtat will know that is a bonus. Our apartment was very clean, with plenty of hot water and fresh towels. Everyone at Vanda are extremely friendly and very helpful. We were collected from the ferry port and taken to the airport for our return journey. Our special thanks has to go to Kristina. She changed our booking 3 times because of flight cancellations, with many emails between us ... a lovely lady, who speaks perfect English. We will be back!

Only one minor issue ... we couldn't receive wifi on the balcony.
