Great location for basic accommodation

The location is fantastic with amazing views. Accommodation was pretty basic but had everything we needed. Owner, Thomas, was great and very helpful.

Needed a little TLC. Socket next to bed was not working and hanging out of wall (bit dodgy), AC unit wasn't on and shower head bracket was held together with tape.

Thomas and Vera (his daughter) are very friendly people. Always ready to help.

We cooked our own breakfasts. Location 10/10. Close to the airport, 5 minutes to the old town and the beach. For dinner, go down to the 1st floor and choose from all the restaurants on one street.

The location was excellent with a beautiful view over the water dotted with little boats from the balcony. The properties two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms was a bonus. There was a lovely cafe / restaurant directly across the road that provide great food for breakfast / lunch & dinner. Vera the host, greeted us with a welcoming smile & assisted us with the luggage. She was available promptly for any communication & was a pleasure to deal with. A thoughtful departing gift was a kind gesture & made the stay memorable. They also offered a private shuttle service to the airport.

The apartment is basic but has everything you need. Very good value and lovely location. The host, Tomas, is also very kind and always there if you need anything. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The only thing to know is that the building is a bit noisy. I just slept with earbuds and then it is fine

Owner is very kind and helpful. Location is great. Apartment was big, comfortable. It is located next to sea, and you need just few minutes to reach old town and nice beaches with a lot of shadow. We loved our staying and wish to return soon.

Very nice view.

The apartament was dirty, we had not enough warm water, the water heater is too small, the host doesn't speak english.

Especially during Covid times the condition of the apartment was not acceptable.

Location

The kitchen was dirty, the bedroom and bathroom were acceptable. No English spoken, we never met the host just his substitute and we had no communication from the host. The heater could not keep up and half the windows had no shutters to keep out the cold. No sitting area or living room; just 4 chairs at the kitchen table.

The hosts was very nice. Location was perfect for a family. View to the harbour of second port of Cavtat. Close to Cavtat downtown. Close to Pasjaca beach (with car). Very nice weather in second half of october. Price/value ratio is very high.

Sauberkeit und Defekte Geräte in der Küche. Zum kochen muss man die Gemeinschaftsküche benutzen. Die eine Outdoor küche ist, das sollte man vorher wissen.

Cudowna lokalizacja chyba najlepsza w Cavtat. Prowadzi miejsce rodzina maja w budynku też fajna restauracje. Od zabookowania pokoju jesteś zaopiekowana. W pokoju pachnie czystością. Moza bez problemowo pisać z gospodarzem, oferuje też transfery Jest dużo ręczników Widok doskonaly

Słabo wyposażona kuchnia Brak naczyń i kuchenki- jak ktoś ma małe dzieci moze to być problem moje jedzą tylko nieskłonny ryż na obiad;)

God beliggenhet og hyggelig vertskap. Rett ved flere restauranter. Utsikt fra rommet til en vakker bukt, med små båter. Det er mulig å bade, fra badebrygge, 20 meter fra Boras. Det tar ca 3 min å gå til «sentrum» av Cavtat. Ingen bakker. Du kommer deg til Dubrovnik med buss, tar ca 30 minutter. Vi bodde tre personer i en ett roms (suite), gode senger, stor balkong. Enkel standard på rom og bad, men det var forventet i forhold til pris.

Det var kjøleskap på rommet, men vi savnet et «mini kjøkken» (vi hadde ikke fått med oss at stedet tilbyr et felles kjøkken for noen av rommene) Rommet ble ikke rengjort i løpet av uka.

Accueil fabuleux dans un village superbe

Un accueil absolument adorable. Tomas nous a proposé des apéritifs locaux ou maison, et s’est montré extrêmement serviable, cherchant à nous aider dans toutes nos demandes et à rendre notre séjour agréable. On s’est senti comme en famille ! L’appartement est très bien situé, spacieux et dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. La vue sur la mer est superbe. Le village de Cavtat vaut vraiment détour. Bref, je recommande à fond ! N’hésitez pas à réserver le parking que propose Tomas car le parking en ville est difficile et cher.
