Our stay in Cavtat

The host Magda was super friendly and she made sure we had everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the fact that we were able to leave our luggage with her mother in law on the last day as our flight was scheduled for later in the day.

Very friendly and helpful landlady and the neighbours.

I came very early in the morning (before check in) and there was no problem to let my luggage in the room. We change the clothes and went to the beach. After we came back, everything was preapred for us. The room was very clean and tidy. It was ca. 10 min walk to the beach and local stores in a quiet part of Cavtat. For me and my kids it was the perfect location. We'll be back for sure.

Very nice apartment for the price

Cute little apartment. Furniture was older, but everything worked without issue and it was clean. There was everything I needed, AC worked well and the apartment itself was oriented into a shaded veranda, so it was never hot there even if it was very hot outside. It was close to the city center and beaches, just a few minutes walk. The owner was extremely nice and even cleaned the apartment in the middle of my stay again.

Be prepared it's in a very steep hill, so each time I returned to the apartment from anywhere, I got a lot of exercise :) But it's to be expected, most Croatian towns are in a steep hill, so it wasn't suprising.

Exceptional

Location, accommodation, food. The apartment was very nice, clean and had all necessary things we needed. It's only a few minutes walk from Cavtat. There was a beautiful terrace with a big dinner area. The host was very friendly and provided us with all the information about Cavtat. Cavtat is a very relaxing village with many beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. We were very happy with our stay.

Location is good. The hostess was very polite

The room details are misleading. The porch is shared among all the apartments in the ground floor, it was on the other side of our apartment and in front of another apartment. The apartments are divided only by a locked door. There is no soundproofing at all. You can listen to people doing their dishes in the middle of the night. The view of the apartment was a stone wall at the distance of maybe 1 meter. Very little natural light can get to the apartment.

Studio SOUS LE REZ DE CHAUSSÉE

Proche de l'aéroport (le prix du taxi est raisonnable). La remise des clés s'est très bien passée avec une personne aimable. C'est propre.

Très mal géré par Direct Booker & les propriétaires. Des questions posées lors de la réservation le 9/8 "y a t'il un balcon ? parce que nous sommes fumeurs" réponse le 26/8 (2 semaines et demi après ??? et à 3 jours du check-in ???) Après avoir signalé à Booking les choses inacceptables sur leur annonce, Direct Booker a changé l'annonce par la suite (heureusement). Mais au moment de notre réservation, nous clickons sur le seul logement libre, le Standard Backside Studio pour voir les photos, il montrait 5 photos : 1 photo de la salle de bain, 3 photos de la maison avec terrasse & balcons de jour & de nuit (pourquoi tant de photos sur l'extérieur de la maison ??? mais AUCUNE PHOTO SUR L'INTÉRIEUR DU STUDIO ???), 1 photo sur la vue (une hotte pour pizza je crois ?). C'est tout concernant ce studio. Sur place, on découvre que notre studio se situait SOUS LE REZ DE CHAUSSÉE (!!!) nous avons un très grand mur juste devant nous à la sortie du studio (à 15H bien ensoleillé, il fait sombre dans le studio, parce en haut de ce très grand mur, nous avons vue sur les voitures garées, ce qui nous cachaient le soleil, obligé d'allumer en plein jour ensoleillé (!!!!). Pas de poubelle à la kitchenette (où jeter notre boite de pizza ?) Le mur est très mince, on entend les voisins & vice-versa.

Отличный вариант для бюджетного размещения недалеко от моря

Очень приятная хозяйка. Быстрое заселение, чисто, есть чайник, маленькая печка, мойка и холодильник. Кондиционер очень спасал от жары. До моря мин 10 пешком с горы. Подниматься конечно сложнее. Есть общая летняя терасса. Парковка есть но расположена вверх от апартаментов и она как бы между зарослей деревьев импровизированная, зато бесплатная.

Номер разделяет тонкая дверь с соседним номером. Она закрыта, но звукоизоляции ноль. Благо соседи тихие попались.

Trivsamt och enkelt boende hos trevliga Magda!

Ett prisvärt boende med uteplats. Underbart trevlig värdinna! En kort promenad nedför brant backe till strandpromenaden. En varning för den mycket smala och branta vägen till parkeringen. Mysigt med gästande katter. 😻

Vi gjorde vår egen frukost. Pentryt var trångt, inga avlastningsytor. En bricka att bära ut mat o tallrikar till uteplatsen hade varit bra. Uteplatsen var helt i skugga bakom växter. Svalt, men ingen utsikt.

Pobyt był krótki ale świetny. Miejsce magiczne

Czysty pokoik, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką ugościli mnie z synkiem jak swoją rodzinę. Świetna lokalizacja 5 minut od promenady, piękny widok z podwórka. Na pewno tu wrócę miejsce jest cudowne niesamowite, polecam serdecznie!
