The best feature is the terrace. A beautiful spot with a private vine covered terrace with seating area that we used daily. The communication from the owner was excellent - self check-in using a combination code box which is always preferable. The owner also sent videos and drop pins making it incredibly easy to find their accommodation and park. I cannot praise the owners communication enough. The accommodation itself was very well appointed with all of the essentials you need - more so than I would normally expect. There was just about everything we needed (full set of kitchen utensils, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, food stuffs, condiments seasonings. Etc etc) - the owner also left a bottle of wine for us which is a really nice touch that makes a big difference. There are two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The living room is small with a TV, sofa and dining table but is adequate. The kitchenette is small but has everything you need and there is also a washing machine(in the bathroom). The wooden floor throughout is very nice. Overall, we had a very nice stay. The location is generally great but quite elevated so a bit of an effort. The hotel at the bottom causes a bit of noise in the daytime, but you’re far enough away that it’s not too noticeable. The location is otherwise extremely quiet. The air-conditioning and the fans in the room made for a very comfortable night sleep.

It felt like nobody had been in the apartment for sometime prior to our visit. It was clean but dusty with cobwebs in places. Hence, I believe it had been cleaned, but then perhaps nobody had been in for sometime. The worst thing about the apartment is the bathroom, the shower is too low (shoulder height for me) and fixed to the wall by a flimsy plastic bracket. It is also standing in a small bath rather than a proper walk-in shower. Fundamentally both the shower and the kitchen could do with complete modernisation. The rest of the rooms are absolutely fine. Be aware that the location is up quite a steep ramp followed by a relatively steep set of 100 steps. It was quite an effort in the heat at certain times of the day. Not far into Cavtat to walk (20 mins) and both beaches and bars/restaurants within a 5 /10 minute walk. But the walk back is very much uphill for the last few minutes and very steep. You can park the car almost at the apartment but there is still a short set of steps down and then a few more steps back up which is a bit of effort with heavy suitcases. I would not therefore recommend this accommodation to anybody who is not fit and able bodied.

The host is very welcoming and easy can be reached through a mobile/internet connection when needed. Always answers almost immediately or max within a minute. Very nice, clean, simple, comfortable and cozy apartment. Everything works appropriately - conditioner, kitchen appliances etc.. Here you can find everything you need for homelike stay - comfy beds, clean linen, dishes and cutlery are more than enough. Large terrace with a wonderful sea view. Up to 5 min walk to the seaside.

Plenty of towels and sheets, efficient air conditioning, fantastic private terrace with amazing views, very helpful owner and good location.

The apartment was in need of a really good clean.
