A great place to stay for a family

Isabelle is a fantastic host. The apartment was big and very clean. The pool was great. There is a shop 50m away. Overall a great place to stay

The hill from the town was a little steep for two push chairs but an Uber was only 6 euro for a 7 seater

Exquisite equipment not available to guests, no willingness to solve customer requirements

The equipment as advertised on booking.com is not available. Jacuzzi, fitness centre and sauna are there, but are unavailable, so most of the factors, that would make this accomodation otherwise outstanding, are out of game. But you still pay the premium price. They say it's because of Covid regulations, but make no steps to eliminate risks and meet customers' requirements (like limiting usage to one customer at a time, which would efficiently solve the problem without making the services unavailable). They are not willing to talk about any possibilities at all, just make all the services unavailable and that's it. The appartments are managetd by an agency, not an individual, and their attitude is definitely not customer oriented, it's rather routine.

Stunning view, lovely place

Straight from the beginning, we were welcomed warmly and kindly by Paulina (the host) who made our stay pleasant, stressless, and relaxing. The apartment was clean, comfy, and fully equipped. We had towels changed every 2 days, the swimming pool is cleaned every morning and prepared for guests. The location is very convenient both for visiting Dubrovnik and Cavtat and even for the trip to Montenegro. But the view...OMG! The view is amazing! so does the family restaurant Konoba Ivankovi (located approx. 10 mins away from the apartment), where you can feel like the special guest every time you visit it. This is 200 years old house renovated and redecorated, and the food is top quality. Highly recommended!

There was a tiny thing we didn't like, the strange smell from pipes. We got used to anyway, especially when we didn't spend much time in the apartment.

Very nice accommodation, very clean, the host was very kind and helpful. It’s somewhat close to Dubrovnik which is a big plus and there is a store 3 minutes from the apartment. The beach is 15 minutes walk away but the pool is clean and very nice. Beautiful view from the balcony and very quiet area.

The only thing missing is better wifi.

CVATAT

Le logement spacieux, décoration moderne et agréable. Le panorama et la piscine. Accueil chaleureux. Et possibilité de contacter les gérants si besoin. Le site est beau, les plages à proximité, et Dubrovnik rapidement atteignable par bateau et en bus.

Chaque matin à partir de 7h, nous avons subi un vacarme lié au raclement des chaises dans les autres appartements. En effets celles-ci sont très lourdes, les pieds sont dépourvus de tampons amortisseurs donc pas d'autres solutions que de les tirer au sol. La molesse du matelas et des oreillers. Nous avons souffert du dos et des cervicales. La raideur de la pente pour remonter du village et du bord de mer. Nous n'étions pas informés de ce détail important. Une personne à mobilité réduite aurait dû prendre un taxi pour 5 minutes en voiture.
