Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful location

The location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Good food in the restaurant but more expensive than other restaurants in the village.

No kettle or coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms. There was a coffee machine out on the landing.

I have stayed here before and love it, the hotel and the view from the balcony are superb. There is a grass beach area 5 minutes from the hotel and was great for relaxing and having a swim.

Nice hotel with some issues in communication and services.

The evening staff in the restaurant was great. Very nice service guys in the evening, all of them. Dog friendly. Additional. cushions on request. Dog friendly.

The showers are awful with s.th. like Chinese rain shower equipment ( all our rooms) The room we had was not matching the pictures, but still okay. The food ( 2 evenings) was nicely cooked but served on cold plates - means cold sides and food. The wine glases were not matching the wine (small white for top red). Those points needs an upgrade. The breakfast service lady was efficient but quiet rude. The time limit 10.00 for hotelguest to use the terasse for breakfast on Sunday was a no go. Unclear communication and wrong advice how to reach the hotel to unload the luggage. Public parking is not nearby, and possibly not available. Quiet some trouble with the payment via booking ( communication between hotel and booking com.)

Great Lake location with easy access to centre via public transport.

Our first room 321 was had a bare wooden rail missing skirting and a bedside wall mounted reading light in the middle of the room. It was very cramped for a double bed and clearly was a single room yet to be decorated. The reception offered us an upgrade at extra cost for a double room which we took. In hindsight this room should never have been offered as a double due to the size and state of decor. But that is an issue more for going through Booking.com than direct.

Location on the lake was good. Property had an elevator. They stored our luggage when we arrived earlier than checkin time.

The room was clearly designed as a single(the bed head for a single bed was still fixed on the wall). This would be the smallest room we have ever occupied- the expression “not enough room to swing a cat” comes to mind. Unfortunately the price did not reflect the size of room 226.

Location was truly what i pictured it would be, a thumbs up to that.👍 Always had throughout, most of my travels in this category..looking for peace, tranqulity and commune with nature..and this is one of the places!!!

Let me see...understandably & upon my check in, guests were notified of the air conditioning system is busted?! What i did not understand was the room was provided with portable aircondition system. The funny thing about it is the exhaust pipe, which should be draining the warm air was also kept inside the room. So I believe you can imagine how it was the tug of war between cold & warm air within the room premises!👎 Secondly, the room i booked was with complete amenities for this category. Superior Double room with Balcony & Lake View...however the room was not provided with Ref for cool drinks to store!!!??? I even ask the lady at the reception and i was given a plain answer in her own words " this room does not provide one!" hmmm!!?? Did not want to make a fuzz of it, since i was a bit exhausted when i arrive at the hotel and just wanted to take a rest. Understandably, i expected some other options to be offered by her though, in behalf of the hotel. Lastly ..theres no selection of tv cable program as well which is very minimal to point that you hardly would not consider to look for one. T'was a dissapointment. ☹️ Since I took this note the day we checked out and i made mention this with the lady at the reception. However, out of all these not so nice experiences and there are always second chances i believe. I would still recommend this hotel.

Well located hotel, just by the lake. The room was decent, everything you need for a short stay. Staff was friendly and competent.

The view was the only downside as the window was just facing the wall of another building. Although it did have a nice painting.

Tranquil and beautiful.

Room was very clean and had an amazing view of Lake Geneva. The hotel is right on the lake shore in a quiet village a short hop into Lausanne. Staff were exceptionally friendly and keen to help.

The location , staff friendly . Hotel was clean and well maintained . It had a very relaxed feel to it . Organised for late check in .

The room was advertised has having a large double bed . Sadly I don’t think it was even a double . Also the room was tiny it was advertised as being 18 m2 . That measurement included the bathroom . The room was very cramped. I would stay at hotel again but be very cautious of room selection . It appeared only 2 rooms where so small in the property
