Welcome from staff. Decor of hotel. Size of room. Bathroom.

Plastic glasses and paper cups for coffee. Cold eggs etc for breakfast.

Beautiful room, great service, but lacked a few things. Overall not a bad experience

Room was very beautifully updated, great bathroom. Staff was kind and helpful and we were allowed to check in early.

Location was very close to station which is convenient but it also was very noisy outside and not the best neighborhood. Also no tea making facilities in the room, only coffee. And fridge was lukewarm so useless unfortunately.

Delightful, traditional Hotel stay.

Room was spacious and quiet, inner courtyard side. Central location with the Lausanne Railway Station a very short walk away. Funicular/Metro to Ouchy: 200 yards. A very generous buffet breakfast (extra charge) is served in an elegant lounge. The Fitness Room is well equipped with a large number of equipment. A sauna is available at no charge. Parking in front of hotel is available, first come, first served.

The bathtub is missing a decent grabbar. Facecloths are not provided.

The location is perfect for travelling about Switzerland on the trains as 2 min walk from station . Lots of restaurants near hotel to eat

Amazing hotel to end our trip to Switzerland

From the welcome at check in, breakfast and the cleaning staff our stay was amazing. The room was huge and beautifully decorated with a balcony and a slight view of the lake. We loved the location being across from the train station and close to restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this hotel

Great and easy!

Good location, very easy to get around, friendly staff,and a clean and beautiful Junior Suite. Have stayed here a few times. Gym needs a bit of attention, and the foyer is a little out of date, but 5 out of 5 value for the money. Would recomend.

Access, up a flight of stairs or into the laundry room to take a lift. Sign location is also obscure, it is not obvious which building the hotel is.

Charming, convenient hotel

Staff, location, size of room, charm of hotel. Terrific that hotel tax entitles guests to free metro, local trains and buses. Close to restaurants. Gorgeous full floor to ceiling windows open to a balcony. Quiet. Breakfast (for a fee) was comprehensive and delicious.

Entry floor for luggages, need to go through un-lovely basement. Need two servings of coffee per day in room; only one was provided. Need conditioner as well as shampoo in bath.

Constantly having to leave your key & collect on return. Having to contact reception to be let in if out late - access code should be provided! No tea/coffee making facilities in room - disappointing considering the price of the hotel room.
