Unforgettable stay.
Everything was perfect: very well equipped house for 2, located in a large well maintained private garden, on a quite, secured place, for the car too. Surrounding is very quite despite of the house being almost at the city center. The house itself is very well equipped as a 5-star house, kitchen very well equipped incl. coffee machine with the coffee capsules, bathroom with everything you need during the stay. Very well maintained, clean, spacious enough for 2 people. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to use the swimming pool. Owners were very friendly, helpful, nice people. Definitely would like to stay here again.

A beautiful little house with pool (with fresh salt water) is with everything you might need, very verx cozy and clean. The hosts were more than lovely and made us feel very welcome. Mini metro to the centre of Perugia is 10 min walk, the market is just down the road. We would definitely recommend staying here if you come to Perugia!

If you are lucky enough to stay here, you should!! Stunningly beautiful, peaceful property in a great location, very easy to get to into town. The villa is gorgeous and comfortable, we could have easily lived here for months! The host Vincenzo was as gracious and accomodating as they come, going above and beyond for us and made us feel so welcome. A true Italian experience and our only choice when we return to Perugia, without a doubt! Our favourite stay in Italy by far. Grazie Mille Vincenzo & Frederica!! see you again

Great place the cottage is warm and cosy also was very clean. Good lighting all around and beautiful views too. During my stay the host and hostess were very helpful.
During my stay in October the pool was closed I think if it is peak summer season it will be open for use.

Peaceful but in a marvellous city
The host was extremely friendly and helpful. He meet us from the station and Tom us when we left. The cottage was so peaceful you could be in the country.
