The apartment is very well located, not far from the entrance to the ZTL zone. The staff member recommended a garage (Damasco) not far from the apartment for €20 per day. The view from the terrace, which is shared with three other rooms, is perfect. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the essentials.

The main problem was the air conditioner, which was too weak to cool the apartment. Even on the maximum setting, it was too hot to sleep, as the bed is located on the second floor right under the ceiling. The wooden steps connecting the floors are squeaky; if you use them at night, you risk waking up other guests. There is also a smell in the bathroom. The terrace had not been cleaned and had bird droppings on it. Additionally, the terrace table for the room furthest from the entrance is located right next to the outside AC unit, making it impossible to sit outside while cooling the room due to the noise and warm air.

Great apartment with a balcony overlooking the Sassi. Comfortable bed on the mezzanine. Close to everything. Highly recommended.
