Absolutely everything! Wonderful hosts that were 10+ for communication. The home is stunning! Overlooking the gorge just inside the Sassi perfect for exploring and yet so quiet! Excellent breakfast and amenities provided. Lovely quality linens and towels. 10 +star accomodations!

Design aesthetic, immaculate presentation, generous offering of sweet and savoury food and fruit upon arrival. Attentive and very helpful host. Exceeded expectations from photos and was in a fabulous location. Highly recommend this place!

The place was absolutely immaculate, very clean and beautifully maintained. The views were fantastic, and the house had many lovely details that made our stay extra special.

The only issue is something future guests arriving by car should be aware of. The apartment is located within a ZTL (limited traffic) zone, and entering this area by car can result in a substantial fine. The host had informed us not to drive down a particular street, but it was not made sufficiently clear that entering the zone could lead to a fine. We were unable to find the address provided by the host on Google Maps, so we entered the apartment's address as our destination instead. Had we known that driving into the ZTL zone could result in a fine of several hundred euros, we would certainly have paid much closer attention to the signage. Aside from this, the property was outstanding, and we had a wonderful stay.
