The staff, the cleanliness, the modern and spacious room, the location close to the historic center. The car parking just under the building.

Everything was perfect.

Vanna is absolutely brilliant, her communication before we arrived was exceptional. She met us at the car park barrier having given us all the information we needed to get there. For ease of travelling by car and avoiding ZTL and the lugging of luggage long distances to hotel from the car, this is perfect place. Vanna went out of her way to help us and even helped with our luggage up to the apartment as there is no lift and then she explained everything available and nearby. The 2 apartments are perfectly positioned to enter the historical town, they were outstanding and spotlesssly clean, there is nothing to fault. Matera is a very special place, made even more special by our stay at In Centro Citta. We will come back and stay here.

The modern apartment was clean and well equipped. The host was waiting for us and helped us with bags and access. The location on the edge of the old town was perfect and parking was in the carpark beside the building.

Nothing not to like.

Our contact person was very friendly and helpful. The flat is in a perfect location and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the old town. The flat is modern and has a bright, lovely bathroom. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. The car park is right next to the building, so we didn’t have to walk far with all our luggage in temperatures of nearly 40 degrees

The car park is not private. It is a public car park which, particularly at weekends, is very busy or completely full from lunchtime until the evening. If the car park is full, you cannot drive in and will have to wait until someone drives out.
