Excellent location, very near to main square, once you get your bearings! Amazing views from the windows across the Sassi houses, especially at night when the lights are all lit. Spacious, characterful apartment with comfortable beds and everything you would need for your stay. Matera is an amazing town, not to be missed.
The owners tried very hard to give clear instructions, including a video, to find the apartment but we could have done with the video being slower and rather than panning, walking through the area as we weren't sure which level it was taken from.
