Centrally located and they blended the old and together. Extremely spacious with different areas to to choose.

Very noisy extraction fan not a problem during the ay and but not comfortable by night. Also the mattress support was not even and it felt like sleeping in a bath tub (caved in). Found the microwave dish greasy.

Location in the sassi and expansive cave room was a really unique experience. Very comfy soft bed. We had an issue on arrival (the hot water where we booked was not working) and had to be placed in alternative accommodation HOWEVER the staff were very helpful and eventually we were able to have one of our 3 nights in the cave apartment we had booked. The alternative accommodation we were placed in was very nice, although not in the sassi (very close by). Staff were very helpful and communicative resolving the issue.

While the hot water issue that prevented us checking in to the original cave apartment was unavoidable, we were not advised until after we arrived so it was a complete surprise that we were moved to alternative accommodation. While the staff were able to move us to the right location for our final night, it was disappointing that they forgot to tell us about the hot water issue or change in location before our arrival. Overall though our stay was positive and we appreciate the effort the staff went to in resolving things for us. As a side note, the hot tub costs an extra 60 euro to use and isn't part of the cost booking.

The accomodation was well positioned With a wonderful view. Close to a very good restaurant. The grota room was a very interesting experience for our Kids. The receptionist was very helpful and bice

The cleaning services were very poor. No shower gel, The floor was dirty, the shower clogged with hair.

Volevo dormire in una casa grotta, e sicuramente questa lo è…. Molto suggestiva.Situata nel cuore dei Sassi. A pochi metri c è un panorama mozziafiato.

Purtroppo, ci sono stati molti contro… Stanza molto umida e mal odorante.Le lenzuola e le asciugamani, su mia richiesta cambiate il giorno, a causa del cattivo odore non siamo riusciti a dormire, ho dovuto mettere delle maglie sul cuscino per non appoggiare la testa. L oste è stata gentile a cambiarle, ma aimé ancora puzzolenti. Letto scomodissimo, ci sprofondi dentro e super umido. La pulizia in generale non è un granché, c era molta polvere. Quando siamo arrivati c erano dei rumori che provenivano dai bocchettoni dell aria, l oste per telefono ci ha fatto calare un interruttore, ma così facendo il rumore è scomparso ma non c era più ricircolo d aria. Le stanze sono molto umide e quindi tutto attorno é umido e mal odorante, abbiamo avuto difficoltà a riposare la notte. Potevamo lasciare la casetta alle 10, ma siamo scappati via alle 8 del mattino a causa della forte umidità.
