Nice and central apartment

A very convenient apartment which has everything you could need for a short time like I had. Location is very near to Chiusi train station. All was as described and bed was extremely comfortable.

I think breakfast overall could have been a bit more assorted but in my case I didn't mind as was only there for 1 night. Otherwise nothing negative to say.

1st great stop in Tuscany

The host provided very detailed information which was super helpful. Property was clean, thoughtfully prepared and cosy. Location is perfect for those arriving by train as the train station is just 100 m away. There is a lovely restaurant in front of property that serves delicious food.

Whats not to like

Whats not to like...a jewel in Chiusi Great host, modern spacious apartment with all mod cons and more. The in house shop is a bonus and provides all the food and wine needed after a day out and about sightseeing.

Modern, fresh and great location

Best apartment we have stayed in on our month long visit to Italy. The host has his finger on the pulse and provides not only a first class place to stay but a large range of food and drink to purchase within the apartment. Very modern and delightfully decorated. A full sized apartment witb large rooms. A must stay in a centrally located spot for touring.

We loved it, a great little home from home

We can’t speak highly enough of our stay. Luca and Donatella were wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were very quick to respond. The apartment is gorgeous and the outside space so lovely. They provided a great travel cot and breakfast and it was really just wonderful, they deserve to make a huge success of their place!

Situated on a somehow noisy road - we slept with open window because of the heat and therefore could hear the people below talking late in the evening or cars passing early in the morning. Nothing wrong on the property but the environment was a bit louder than what we hoped for

Luca was great!!

Extremely well furnished and equipped apartment. The owner spared no efforts to make it comfortable, with attention to details. Very nice neighborhood. Free parking space in front and the streets nearby. The nice restaurant across the street offer 10% discount to Luca’s guests. And Lucas the owner was simply wonderful. Very thoughtful and accommodating. He even made the appointment for us when we inquired about where to go for a covid test. We would like to stop in Chiusi again when we are in the area, just to stay there!

Un soggiorno perfetto per visitare la val d’orcia è tanto altro

La struttura è perfetta, sia come posizione se si vuol visitare,come noi,la Toscana e la val d orcia,sia come accoglienza e arredamento…pulito,ben organizzato,cura nei dettagli,ci siamo sentiti a casa.. Luca un host gentilissimo,dall inizio del soggiorno alla fine,sempre disponibile,nulla da dire…se dovessi tornare questa volta magari in Umbria soggiornerei di nuovo qui,perché é ben collegata anche con quest ultima!

Un consiglio: magari mettere degli appendini vicino alla doccia per appendere le asciugamani,appena si esce…ma é giusto quel di più per renderlo perfetto,ma lo é già così

Buona colazione con fette biscottate e merendine di buona marca, ottima posizione e ben raggiungibile. Appartamento pulito e dotato di molti comfort. Luca, l'host, super disponibile fin dal momento della prenotazione.

Difficile dire cosa non mi è piaciuto, se proprio dovessi fare un appunto sarebbe stato utile trovare una spugna per pulire le stoviglie oppure per il detersivo per la lavastoviglie. Smart TV poco intuitiva e con qualche difetto nel funzionamento. Trovare parcheggio può non essere così immediato.

Tutto impeccabile, dall' accoglienza ai servizi, pulizia, accessori e comfort per gli ospiti. Consigliato per valore location, cura nei dettagli, posizione. Accortezze per bambini indicano significativa attenzione per chi deve fare sosta in questo posto davvero interessante. Disponibilità del gestore straordinaria (immediata risposta sulla richiesta di una culla).

Unico appunto, che non pregiudica affatto il giudizio sopra espresso,sulla colazione molto essenziale. Ma tutto al di sopra delle aspettative.

Siamo stati in questo B&B per alcune notti e siamo stati veramente felici della posizione! Luca è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a darci consigli. La posizione è veramente perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro storico e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche. Siamo stati in grado di raggiungere facilmente tutte le zone che volevamo visitare anche uscendo con la macchina, perché in un punto strategico. Il parcheggio è disponibile davanti al portone, anche se a pagamento.

La pulizia della casa è stata generalmente buona, ma abbiamo notato che il pavimento era molto sporco e c'erano molti peli di animale bianchi. Come persona allergica, ho dovuto spazzare io stessa per evitare problemi di salute, e soprattutto per consentire ai bambini di camminare scalzi. Il fatto che il pavimento non sia stato minimamente aspirato è stato un po' deludente, soprattutto considerando che la scopa elettrica in casa non funzionava correttamente. Ho dovuto usare scopa e paletta per pulire. L'unico motivo per cui non do il massimo dei voti è proprio la pulizia del pavimento. Per il resto, la soluzione di lasciare il necessario per la colazione è stata carina e apprezzata.

Vari buoni appartamenti nel paese attrezzati e gestiti professionalmente

Gestore professionale ed esperto, mi sono spostato fra due suoi appartamenti e ho apprezzato (pur con qualche differenza fra gli immobili) la qualità elevata e costante di arredi e dotazioni. Via WA hanno gestito istruzioni e nuove prenotazioni con risposte immediate e perfette.

Non sono difetti, ma mi permetto di dare alcuni consigli: - gli articoli offerti in vendita sono un po' invadenti se lasciati sulle mensole, sarebbe meglio fossero nelle vetrine o in cassettine - eliminare le sedute in stoffa - sarebbe molto comoda un semplice mappa fotocopiata con i parcheggi liberi della zona (ci sono in abbondanza, ma chi viene da fuori rischia di non trovarli anche se sono a 100 m)
