Very comfortable bed. Spacious apartment. Clean. Close to the train station. Quiet. I slept very well. Duvet was not too heavy. Heating worked well (it was a very cold day). Good selection of teas.
The commercial posters advertising activities and other rooms from the same owner/company - even on the terrace (very large ones, they felt like 'screaming' at us)! They took away from the restful atmosphere and the ambition to be 'boutique' (a term I would not use for this place). Better in my view to have a booklet with the information on the area and the other rooms - that would be more discrete and refined, and improve the overall experience (at least, that would be my preference). Just for that one reason I would not try to stay there again.

La cordialità di Luca, la pulizia della casa, la comodità della camera e del letto e molto carino il fatto che ci sono molte cose acquistabili (bevande, cibo e accessori vari). Ottimo tutto.

Forse la difficoltà di parcheggiare l'auto. Ma rimediabile.

La struttura è perfetta, sia come posizione se si vuol visitare,come noi,la Toscana e la val d orcia,sia come accoglienza e arredamento…pulito,ben organizzato,cura nei dettagli,ci siamo sentiti a casa..
Luca un host gentilissimo,dall inizio del soggiorno alla fine,sempre disponibile,nulla da dire…se dovessi tornare questa volta magari in Umbria soggiornerei di nuovo qui,perché é ben collegata anche con quest ultima!
Un consiglio: magari mettere degli appendini vicino alla doccia per appendere le asciugamani,appena si esce…ma é giusto quel di più per renderlo perfetto,ma lo é già così
