Under the Tuscan sun :)

Pros: Idyllic location – The property feels like a scene from Under the Tuscan Sun. It's also perfectly located for exploring both Umbria and Tuscany. Wonderful hosts – Anna was incredibly welcoming and full of helpful tips on what to see in the area, while Enrico baked the most delicious cakes for breakfast! Lovely breakfasts – Fresh bread, cold cuts, cheeses, jams, sweet treats, and those unforgettable cakes… all accompanied by delicious coffee. Well-equipped room – Everything we needed was available, and the option to borrow an iron was a great convenience. Comfortable bed – We had restful nights throughout our stay. Good climate control – Evenings in April were a bit chilly, but the air conditioning kept the room warm and comfortable. Easy parking – The property has its own private parking area, which made everything so much easier. Great for families – There’s a playground with a slide and swings, so little ones have plenty to do. Perfect for summer stays – The large swimming pool looked fantastic – an ideal feature for those visiting during warmer months. Relaxation & barbecue area – There's a dedicated space to unwind or enjoy a barbecue – a great option for evenings outdoors.

Cons (very minor): The Wi-Fi connection could be improved, especially for guests needing a reliable connection for work or streaming. A few maintenance details could use attention – like replacing sink seals, checking appliances, and descaling the kettle. Due to the climate, the room would benefit from more frequent ventilation – there was a slight sense of humidity. --- Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay – full of warmth, comfort, and the charm of the Tuscan countryside. We'd be happy to return and highly recommend it to others!

A beautiful countryside agriturismo in Umbria

The location is situated on a beautiful hill. In the morning when the sun is shining and you open the window the views are breathtaking. The owners are very friendly and are great hosts. We stayed in the 5 bedrooms apartment and it was great. Clean, comfortable and the big open fire brought us a great family atmosphere. I will go there again :)

old style farm house set in bucolic olive groves, we stayed in the Girasole flat upper floor of main house. it easily scomodare 2 families , has a main living room with beautiful original features and a splendid terrace where you can eat al fresco and play cards at night . Enrico is very meticulous about the property look and you can see how much love and care he has put into it.

dated bathroom off the 4 bedrooms wing and no AC fitted in double bedroom off living room but it’s not something that bothered us that much as everything else was amazing.

Wonderful experience!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Poggio del Sole. The house had everything we needed and the owners are very friendly and warm. They arrange great wine tasting trips as well. The garden was beautiful and spacious and the views on the hills and the mountains were breathtaking. A wonderful Tuscany/Umbria experience in a peaceful stay. We would love to come back!

Perfect place to stay for relaxing, enjoying the pool and basecamp for site seeing.

Host was very friendly and flexible. The place has a very relaxed feel. amazing views and great facilities. The apartments are well equipped if you decide to eat in. The grocery stores and bars are minutes away and close to the main road to go off site seeing. We have stayed a few times and plan to go back again.

Accueil et service de grande qualité

Tout était parfait ! Le lieu est magnifique, le logement très propre et confortable. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, la gentillesse du personnel et le petit déjeuner varié. Nous recommandons cet établissement et il faut absolument demander conseil à Enrico pour le vin, il a quelques trésors à faire déguster dans sa cave. Bravo, nous garderons un souvenir ému de vous et du séjour que nous avons passé.

Top verblijf met een super gastvrouw

De accommodatie ademt rust en ontspanning. Het is ietwat gedateerd maar zeer schoon en alles functioneert prima. Er is een wasmachine voor de gasten beschikbaar evenals een laadpaal voor de elektrische auto. Het ontbijt was top en werd geserveerd door Anna, een ongelofelijk lieve en zorgzame dame. We hebben hier een heerlijke week gehad.

Niets! Hooguit dat het wifi signaal verbeterd kan worden.

Miejsce rewelacyjne (drzewa oliwkowe, cisy, zapach ziół). Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. Apartament super . Śniadania w stylu włoskim, są sery, wędliny, ale wszystko jest bardzo dobre i świeże. Basen czysty, leżaki. Polecam!!!

너무 아름다운 곳이었어요. 근처 풍경도 멋있어서 숙소에서만 시간을 보내도 좋을 것 같네요. 숙소도 넓어서 가족이 보내기 좋은 것 같고 아침 식사도 빵과 햄, 치즈, 카피와 차를 따뜻하게 준비해주셔서 좋았습니다. 수영장도 커서 좋았어요. 사용 시즌이 아니라 그런지 물이 더러워 들어가진 못 했지만 여름에 가면 너무 좋을 것 같아요. 다시 가고 싶은 곳!

온수 사용이 조금 어려웠어요. 물이 너무 뜨겁거나 차갑거나 해서 샤워가 쉽지 않았네요.

Bardzo udany wypoczynek.

Urokliwe położenie willi. Przemiła gospodyni. Cisza, spokój, namiastka prawdziwej sielanki. Duży przestronny ogród, basen i możliwość skorzystania z marmurowego grilla co uprzyjemnia pobyt. Dużo drzew i zieleni. Pokój 3 osoby na parterze jest bardzo przestronny. Wygodne łóżko.

Wilgoć co powoduje występowanie w łazience miejscowej pleśni. Brakowało nam w kabinie prysznicowej słuchawki (tylko deszczownica). W naszym pokoju bardzo słaby internet co utrudniało planowanie podróży. Przydała by się deska do krojenia.

La struttura è immersa in un’oasi verde che trasmette pace e serenità. Siamo stati benissimo ma quello che ci ha colpito di più è la bellezza della casina dove si fa colazione (sembra una piccola baita di montagna) e l’accoglienza di Lorenzo (un proprietario sempre sorridente e gentilissimo).
