This farmhouse is located near lake Trasimeno has 2 bedrooms and is perfect for 6 persons. Ideal for families with children,it has a shared swimming pool and an exclusive children’s pool with water jets,a wellness area with sauna, emotional shower and fitness equipments for complete relaxation.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the apartment specializing in delicious Umbrian dishes. Famous wine cellars of Brunello di Montalcino and Nobile di Montepulciano are nearby. You can indulge yourself in adventurous activities viz.mountain biking,windsailing and fishing in Lake Trasimeno just 600 metres from here.Public transport is available at just 300 metres away from the house.
This pet-friendly farmhouse has a garden, table tennis table, table football and boules court for recreation. Paid bicycles are available as well.
The nearest airport is at Perugia, about 70 kms from here.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Très bien située, dans un cadre agréable, la propriété convient à toute la famille et les enfants ne manqueront pas de s'y amuser. Elle est située dans un endroit calme, à proximité du village, des commerces, du lac et de la gare. Pas mal de possibilités donc. Trois bémols: 1. accueil exclusivement en italien ; 2. nous avons dû faire la vaisselle à notre arrivée et les moustiquaires rafistolés avec du scotch ne résistent pas au vent (dommage de devoir fermer les fenêtres quand il y a un peu de vent) et 3. le complexe est mis à disposition pour des anniversaires ou fêtes à des gens externes à la location, ce qui encombre l'endroit et est peu agréable, surtout quand ça dure jusqu'à deux heure du matin. Ceci n'a pas gâché notre séjour mais nous avons été surpris car nous ignorions cette possibilité. Merci à Edo pour son accueil !
Pour info, des gens ayant reservé via la concurrence ont payé beaucoup moins cher que via belvilla

Das ist Betrug. Der Gastgeber versuchte uns eine völlig andere Fewo unterzujubeln als die von uns gebuchte und bereits bezahlte. Als Beweis dafür habe ich ein Video der Wohnung gemacht. Sie war deutlich kleiner, schlechter ausgestattet und hat gestunken. Darüber hinaus fand sich gerade eine große Hochzeitsgesellschaft ein, für deren Feier ein Dj Pult inklusive Boxen direkt vor unserer Eingangstür aufgebaut war. Der Gastgeber konnte kaum bis gar nicht englisch und reagierte sehr ungehalten und aggressiv auf meinen Klärungsversuch, dass es die falsche Wohnung sei. Da wir niemanden bei Belvilla erreichen konnten, gab es keine andere Möglichkeit als um 18:30 abends auf eigene Faust nach einer Ersatzunterkunft für eine 5 köpfige Familie zu suchen. Die ersten 10 Hotels, bei denen ich anrief, waren alle voll besetzt... Der blanke Horror für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern nach 11 Stunden Anreisezeit!
