Location good but you need a car to get around.
We were staying at the Annex which is a different property and different people cared for us and they were wonderful. The man at La Petriecca itself was a rude hothead and told us in filthy language to get out. I have written a separate letter to Booking.com regarding this and hope he improves his communication skills since he's in the hospitality industry.
