Beautiful And Charming B&B!

It’s a beautiful and very charming B&B within the Tuscan hills. The host Carolina went above and beyond during our stay and we’ll forever be grateful. The breakfast was lovely too! Feels very homely. Definitely have a walk around the property as it’s gorgeous. We had an excellent stay. The town of Chiusi is so quaint and is straight out of a postcard. Would highly recommend visiting.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful old building with a private property area. Nice swimming pool. They even have their own chickens, so you get fresh eggs for breakfast. The breakfast overall was rich and delicious, and the host also offers vegan milk alternatives for coffee and muesli. The property’s cats were also very lovely and added to the warm atmosphere.

The property is located near a road with quite heavy traffic, which limits complete rest. In our room we could also hear our neighbors with a child. The entrance door is not well soundproofed. However, this should not be a problem for those who sleep deeply and are not sensitive to noise.

Giardino Degli Etruschi 😍♥️

As soon as we arrived at the accommodation, we felt like we were at home, everything was perfect. We were greeted by Carolina and Paulo, who are always smiling and transmit an energy that keeps you going throughout the day, special people with their human way of being and creating the most welcoming atmosphere. If you need any information, they can help you at any time. The location is in the town of Chiusi, from where you can make a good and complete route to the objectives you propose, everything is green, you have shade through the cypress trees that surround the location, it has a large swimming pool with a place in the shade, the accommodation conditions are very good, full of history and quality things, and in the evening you have a sunset like in stories. I highly recommend Giardino Degli Etruschi, and the town of Chiusi is very nice, set on a hill with wonderful views.

wonderful place on the border Tuscany/Umbria

The B&B is wonderful maintained by Paolo. The garden, the pool, all perfect. Breakfast very well taken care of, we felt spoiled. Carolina had auch good suggestion for things to do in the neighboorhood and restauranta. we rented the 2 bedroom appartment and had a great view ob Montepulciano. Italy as it should be! Carolina’s cakes and biscotti were just perfect!

it would be good if the windows had mosquito nets. during our stay due to rain there were a lot of mosquito’s so nets would help. the place is close to railwat, so you would hear the trains but this did not bother us as we were mainly visiting the area. But these are small details. It would not stop us from visiting again. thank you Carolina and Paolo!

A perfect place in the heart of Tuscany

If you want to get an impression of what a real Tuscany looks and feels like, this is the place for you to stay in - this accommodation exceeded our expectations! The hosts, Carolina and Paolo, were amazing, very friendly and made us feel welcome all the time. Carolina even recommended us some great places to eat in the towns close by. Our apartment was big and clean, the breakfast was delicious (the eggs from Carolina's hens especially!), and the whole property is simply beautiful. A real Tuscan paradise!

This quiet, peaceful location was exactly what we wanted after busy Rome. The breakfast was outstanding and we had our best day driving around the hill towns nearby. I even had a swim in the lovely pool.

Together with my girlfriend we've spent 3 amazing days in this charming place. 100% recommended. Hosts - They are very kind and always available in any case. They speak very good English. House - It is old XIX century farm house renovated with very good taste and with great attention to details. There are 4 (maybe 5) comfortable enough rooms available for the guests, overall vibe is very cozy. They are kept clean. There is beautiful garden that spreads all over the terrain and naturally separates swimming poll from the rest of the place (it looks better in real than in the pics). Breakfasts - According to your preferences, hosts can serve it in the garden to your dedicated table. Corenetti, jam, egs, ham, cheese, cake, yogurt, cereals, juice, coffee and probably more if you want. Place is pet friendly, you can find local cats, dogs, chickens and goats :)

Carolina and Paolo are the cutest human beings on the planet. She even offered a ride when I needed to go to the pharmacy and was available for any sorts of questions. The house is like a tiny palazzo and just incredibly beautiful - with cats, dogs, chickens and goats. It's paradise. The nearby village, Chiusi, has a lot of amazing restaurants and the nearby lake is lovely as well. Only thing that isn't as perfect as the rest is the location: The bus only drives twice a day so you really need a car. And the nearby road and train are sometimes audible.

a great place to stay, very friendly hosts, always open to questions and concerns. Great breakfast in the morning with homemade cakes, the smell was in the air in the morning and made us curious! Very well-kept property with many lovely decorations. A lovely large pool, secluded and perfect for relaxing. Lots of lovingly furnished seating to relax. All in all we can only recommend the place! We loved the area as It was very tranquil… The hosts were more than welcoming and we also loved the pool and the gardens. We also slept VERY well and loved the traditional vibe to the B&B. We haven’t got one bad thing to say about It… We certainly hope to come back again!

Wow! This was such a great find. Carolina is a fantastic host, her place is tucked away in the Tuscan Hills and has gorgeous views, comfortable rooms, and a delightful homemade Italian-style breakfast. I wish we could have stayed longer, instead of making this a stop on our way south.
