Location, adorable structure 19th century, excellent breakfasts, swimming pool but the Carolina and Paulo made us feel as if we were staying with old friends giving local info and suggestions for visitors Carolina makes breakfast with fresh and healthy ingredients. Loved the lemon cake.
The evening noise from the rail traffic but the double pane windows helped a lot.

Peaceful, quiet, secluded great location to reach everything around us fantastic breakfast, the host are amazing every need met. Absolutely loved the surprise festival in chiusi.
Nothing.

Beautiful grounds, a very large room with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Large beautiful pool and gardens. The breakfasts were just perfect; not overwhelming, and most especially the homemade cakes and fruit tarts were outstanding. Carolina and Paolo are the perfect hosts!
A lot of trains go by this area where the estate is located. Obviously, not something they can do anything about, but it was unexpectedly noisy at times.
