Welcoming guesthouse with spacious and comfortable room

Had a spacious bedroom, bathroom and closet, and the bedroom had a nice view from the window. Relaxed atmosphere and decorated in a welcoming and homey fashion. The hostess was gracious and accommodating. Nice breakfast.

Property is located in a quiet area away from Chiusi and Chiusi Scala, and a car is needed to get to either place.

Few words can describe the hospitality offered by Milena! Kind, available and willing to help in any kind of problem! And speaks great English… Thank you! The perfect location for exploring the area! The building is historical and offers free parking! The rooms are spacious and full of light! Very comfortable beds and tasteful decor! The breakfast was amazing, with both sweet and savoury choices! Air conditioning was quiet and worked well; mattress was firm; breakfast was good; a refrigerator was available in the breakfast area for personal use.

Stairs were steep into the house and to our room, plus there was a large brick step to get into our bathroom. Location is on a busy street about 1.5 km from the nearest town.

The room was fantastic, luxurious very clean. Old structure converted to most modern standars. The host is very kind and helpful in indicating what you should not miss in the area. It is 1km from the city centre of Chiusi. The breakfast is superb.

A beautiful room in a lovely house. We went onto town to eat at a place recommended by our lovely host and it was the best meal of our holiday. Breakfast was lovely. Husband collected a tray so we could eat in the tiny patio area of the room.The room had cooking and dining facilities.

Perfect stay

We had the chance to stay only one night but everything was perfect. Milena has greeted very cordially. The room was very clean and comfortable. At the morning we had a breakfast with various options and served directly to our table. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to visit these parts of Tuscany and Umbria

The hostess is exceptionally kind and very helpful. She helped us a lot beyond the issues of the accommodation. Also, the accommodations are excellent; the room is wide, clean, and comfortable. The bed could not be better. The breakfast with bread, pastries, fruits, yogurts, juice, etc. was delicious. We want to thank Milena for the kindness she hosted us and Albania, who was always attentive at breakfast. The location is perfect for visiting Chiusi and the beautiful towns in the Val d'Orcia.

Beautifully converted barn/outbuilding in lovely grounds in a gorgeous part of Tuscany. The staff are extremely welcoming and pleasant and make sure you enjoy your stay, making calls on our behalf to see if restaurants/wineries are open etc. Meats, cheeses and cakes for breakfast with juice and coffee. super clean and comfortable! we had a car and there was free parking on site.
