An unexpectedly pleasant landing in a quiet oasis after a chaotic day full of car trouble.

The owner was a pleasant person, with just the right balance of helpfulness, kindness, and civilized charm, along with respect for the personal space of his guests (being me :-)). The interior exuded an atmosphere of bygone, relaxed times.

The pillows could be a little fluffier/thicker. ;-)

Good location and fair price for a short stay.

The location was very convenient. Absolutely beautiful view from our window (room 22). My wife and I had a difference of opinion on the bed's comfort: I thought it was fine, but she found it to be a bit too firm. We both agreed that the pillow were great. Street parking was available nearby, but not adjacent to the hotel. We were lucky enough to find a free space, but there was also reasonably priced paid parking available.

Not really anything. Breakfast could be better. It was in-room: instant coffee or tea using an electric kettle and packaged cornettos and cookies. It was enough to get the day started, however.

The owner was helpful

Booking.com misrepresented the hotel. We were led to believe it was near the station and that was important to us for our onward journey. In fact it was 2.5k from the station

Perfect for a Travelstop and to see Tuscany

this small hotel is a perfect place for an overnightstop (next to A1 highway to Rome), or for a weekend, to know the pretty little antique town of Chiusi and its relaxing lake and wonderful surroundings. The Hotel has a comfortable position with free parking next to it and good restaurants, bars and pizzeria around, right next to the little center. We had a very pleasant stay and discovered it all. Our room was comfortable and nice furnitured and the owners are very friendly.

Exceptional Exceeded my expectations. Location on edge of small historic hilltown. My room had spectacular views. Lovely welcome from host. Room was ready. Spacious. Well appointed. Solid tasteful old decor and furniture Super clean. Super comfortable. Super quiet. Excellent air conditioner but not required for this visit. Weather dire. Wifi stable and fast Would highly recommend and excellent value for money

basic hotel right at the start of the historic center - easy walking distance to everything, small shop on the opposite side. The rooms are quiet old, but comfortable, for a one night stop-over recommended, wouldnt want to stay longer though

Beautiful top of town location

Lovely old house offering old fashioned courtesy and welcome, very comfy bed, good shower and bathroom and they sent us up the road to the best restaurant ever. They do not do brekka but 50yds up the hill is a café which does it for them!! Win win!! Just itself, no pretension.

A reggeli irreleváns, de be volt készítve ez-az rágcsálnivaló és lehetett kávét is főzni. Egy régi, de felújított é.póület volt, ami tetszett. Kitűnő helyen van a szálloda, a látnivalók mind n agyon közel voltak és hangulatos volt.

A wc nem volt fertőtlenítve, illetve nem volt ez jelezve, hogy megtörtént volna. A wc ülőke mozgott.

Viaggio nella storia

Albergo in centro a Chiusi, parcheggio pubblico nei pressi della struttura anche libero. Cortesia e disponibilità all'accoglienza. Piccola colazione in camera con bollitore a disposizione per necessità.Chiusi è un borgo accogliente con un bellissimo museo archeologico e una cattedrale magnifica:uno scrigno di storia.

Albergo un po datato ma pulito e accogliente. Le camere sono ai piani superiori e non c è ascensore. Consiglio un controllo di manutenzione per la doccia e il doccino che sostituisce il bidè e magari una rinfrescata ai tendaggi.Chiusi merita comunque una sosta anche di qualche giorno se i siti etruschi nei dintorni fossero aperti..

RAPPORTO QUALITÀ PREZZO PESSIMA

La struttura ha un belvedere su Chiusi

Purtroppo nonostante sia un albergo a poche stelle, mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di meglio viste le foto e le descrizioni da booking. La stanza aveva molti aspetti negativi come molta polvere e l'acqua della doccia a malapena usciva calda, per non parlare del rubinetto della fontana dal quale fuoriusciva solo un filo d'acqua, l'assenza di aria condizionata che per quanto fosse una camera standard, ci sarebbe dovuta essere visto che siamo nel 2025, inoltre il rotolo di carta igienica che abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi e l'assenza del bidet, per me fondamentale. La struttura prevede un cambio asciugamani e lenzuola ogni 3 giorni altrimenti bisogna aggiungere un supplemento da come hanno specificato, assurdo per il prezzo che ha. Inoltre è datata e si vede anche dai mobili, sicuramente per il prezzo che ha non conviene tanto a mio avviso.

Albergo essenziale a un buon prezzo.

La struttura si adatta bene a persone che ne fanno un utilizzo essenziale senza molti fronzoli; va bene chi guarda più l’aspetto funzionale e non quello d’arredo e dei servizi aggiuntivi. È ottimo per persone che sono abituati ad adattarsi. La camera con arredamento un po’ datato, era pulita ed ordinata. Lo staff dell’albergo, è stato molto gentile e cordiale. Io mi ci sono bene.

L’arredo ed il bagno (pulito, con saponi ed asciugamani) sono abbastanza “datati”…non c’è ascensore.

Zentral und angenehm altmodisch

Lage (5 Minuten vom Zentrum, 2 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle, trotzdem ruhig) - angenehm altmodisch, aber mit relevanten Renovierungen (z.B. tatsächlich schalldichte doppelte Fenster) - sehr netter Empfang

Beides für mich irrelevant, aber womöglich für andere Gäste wichtig: verpackte Croissants, kein Aufzug.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo hotel nel centro storico di Chiusi e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Si può parcheggiare in zona gratuitamente. Si tratta di un hotel di tipo tradizionale, non moderno ma la struttura è molto pulita e lo staff gentile e disponibile. Letto comodissimo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e ottima posizione

Il personale è molto discreto, la stanza è dotata di tutti i comfort, armadio, piccolo scrittoio con cassettini utili a riporre anche piccoli oggetti, tv, specchio, aria condizionata, una piccola colazione offerta che fa sempre molto piacere, il bagno pulito e accogliente, dotato anch’esso del necessario compreso phon. L’ arredamento è vintage ma nell’insieme curato. La posizione è ottima se si vuole passeggiare nei centri limitrofi o passare una giornata alle terme di Chianciano che dista 15 min circa.

La stanza era un po’ impolverata sotto al letto, forse non era stata utilizzata di recente per il resto tutto ok.
