An unexpectedly pleasant landing in a quiet oasis after a chaotic day full of car trouble.
The owner was a pleasant person, with just the right balance of helpfulness, kindness, and civilized charm, along with respect for the personal space of his guests (being me :-)). The interior exuded an atmosphere of bygone, relaxed times.
The pillows could be a little fluffier/thicker. ;-)

Good location and fair price for a short stay.
The location was very convenient. Absolutely beautiful view from our window (room 22). My wife and I had a difference of opinion on the bed's comfort: I thought it was fine, but she found it to be a bit too firm. We both agreed that the pillow were great. Street parking was available nearby, but not adjacent to the hotel. We were lucky enough to find a free space, but there was also reasonably priced paid parking available.
Not really anything. Breakfast could be better. It was in-room: instant coffee or tea using an electric kettle and packaged cornettos and cookies. It was enough to get the day started, however.

Booking.com misrepresented the hotel. We were led to believe it was near the station and that was important to us for our onward journey. In fact it was 2.5k from the station

Perfect for a Travelstop and to see Tuscany
this small hotel is a perfect place for an overnightstop (next to A1 highway to Rome), or for a weekend, to know the pretty little antique town of Chiusi and its relaxing lake and wonderful surroundings. The Hotel has a comfortable position with free parking next to it and good restaurants, bars and pizzeria around, right next to the little center. We had a very pleasant stay and discovered it all. Our room was comfortable and nice furnitured and the owners are very friendly.

Exceptional Exceeded my expectations. Location on edge of small historic hilltown. My room had spectacular views. Lovely welcome from host. Room was ready. Spacious. Well appointed. Solid tasteful old decor and furniture Super clean. Super comfortable. Super quiet. Excellent air conditioner but not required for this visit. Weather dire. Wifi stable and fast Would highly recommend and excellent value for money
