Beautiful and cosy stay

Beautiful and cosy home. Staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly warm and welcoming. House is clean, well equipped and spacious. Lots of games to choose from which is a nice touch. Location is walking distance to everything. Beautiful old building!

A wonderful apartment which my sister and I thoroughly enjoyed.

Fabulous location, easy walking around town and great cafe 30 metres away (Cafe Venezia)

The second bedroom (with the tv) was just a little tricky to climb in and out of bed.

Nice family stay in a Rustic house in a beautiful hilltop village in Tuscany

The welcome package and toiletries were a nice touch. We liked the rusticness and historicness. My kids loved the lofted bed and the Netflix :) We were able to cook and the stove and oven were a nice feature. Anything we needed our host was very responsive and kind. We also rented a car and there are a few free lots close by (it is a small village after all).

We visited on very cold days and are accustomed to warmer houses in the States, so the heat couldn't full keep up and would automatically lower on the thermostat. I understand how expensive utilities are in Italy but it is something to note.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway in heart of Val di Chiana

Great location in historic center. Wonderful host Andrea gave us a warm welcome w/easy check-in/out The apartment has everything a couple needs for a base that's perfect to enjoy Chiusi as well as all the other towns and countryside in this beautiful area of Tuscany. Bed was very comfortable, strong wifi when I needed to work, easy parking nearby, and the pictures represent the reality. Super sweet little place that we'll be happy to return to. Grazie!

È stato fantastico

We loved the location!.. equi distant between Florence and Rome!.. everywhere in between was a bonus!.. The motorway to the A1 was 2km away so this really helped!.. The supermarket and gas station was also close by. Parking was great too as not far from our house was the free parking zone!.. The host Andrea was amazing!👍.. provided prompt answers to my questions and also sent me infor on things to do in the area!.. And he was always contactable!..even through the Euro 20/20 Football final(Eng vs Ita).. He was sympathetic towards our team!👏👏

Soggiorno super in Toscana

Appartamento bellissimo, con tutti i comfort , in un paesino delizioso. Andrea è stato molto gentile a darci tutte le informazioni necessarie in maniera chiara . Anche se in zona Ztl si può transitare per scaricare il bagaglio e parcheggiare comodamente a 500 mtr. Chiusi é in posizione ideale per visitare la val d'Orcia, città della Pieve e le terme di Chianciano e San Filippo.Top i giochi nella playroom al piano terra per famiglie con bambini! Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza a Chiusi !

Giusto un consiglio: Nel bagno è necessario un punto d'appoggio per prodotti e beauty case .

Andrea è un host perfetto. Gentile, disponibile e ben organizzato. Si capisce che ha piacere nel condividere informazioni per fare conoscere il territorio e permettere di trascorrere al meglio le vacanze. La casa è accogliente, pulita e perfetta sotto ogni aspetto. Si trova in centro C hiusi ed è facilmente raggiungibile. Consiglio veramente una tappa a Chiusi e nell'alloggio di Andrea che ringrazio per tutte le info utili e per la sua disponibilità!

La rebuda de l'anfitrió va ser molt bona, tenint en compte que ens vam endarrerir molt de l hora prevista per fer el chekin. La casa està situada en un carreró molt cèntric del casc antic de Chiusi. Tot molt net, acollidor i decoració molt acurada. Té el què necessites per passar uns dies a la Toscana. Bones recomanacions de l'anfitrió.

Perfekte Lage in wunderschön en Chiusi. Geräumiges Appartement mit drei Schlafzimmern, einem Abstellraum und einem Spielzimmer. Auch zu sechst kommt man gut klar.

Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Molto gentili e disponibili i padroni di casa e quindi si e’ creato un rapporto anche se da lontano di supporto molto ut

ben ristrutturata , forse un po’ sacrificato il bagno , ma molto comoda come posizione per quello che dovevamo fare noi ; semplice ma con tutto ciò che deve servire per una stagione così calda

in realtà tutto positivo , magari avvisare che il parcheggio non è vicino ma sol iper persone che hanno problemi di mobilità

La gentilezza di Andrea e del suo papà, la posizione e tutte le informazioni fornite prima dell' arrivo, oltre all' omaggio che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo; una cosa non prevista e molto gradita!

Forse il bagno senza una finestra ma la casa e' stata ristrutturata mantenendo le sue caratteristiche e particolarità pertanto probabilmente alcune cose non potevano essere modificate , quindi e' comprensibile.

Appartamento arredato con gusto e nel rispetto dell’impianto originario. Posizione centrale per gustarsi Chiusi a piedi. Grande disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste e nel farci sentire a casa. Andrea ci ha inviato un pdf molto completo per scoprire Chiudi e dintorni che ci è tornato molto utile. Torneremo sicuramente.

Da consigliare certamente

Ottima posizione, il proprietario si è adoperato per abilitarci all'ingresso in ZTL. È possibile anche ottenere un posto auto per piccola utilitaria sotto l'appartamento. Titolare cortese, disponibile, attento. Casa d'epoca con pavimenti e tetti coevi. Bagno ben strutturato, belle e calde stanze e spazi comuni, teleria, dotazioni e piccola prima fornitura di beni di consumo. TV, lavatrice, phon, ferro da stiro, detersivi ... Una casetta vivibile da subito.

Abbiamo trovato il letto nello spazio mansardato poco agevole, ma si è subito risolto spostandolo. Forse - per eccesso di sicurezza - potrebbe essere utile un cancelletto all'imbocco della scala per evitare malaugurate cadute per famiglie con bambini un po' vivaci 🙂
