We also used the barbecue in the garden! A huge super market is 3 minutes away from thie house. Everything was amazing

We knew when we booked that there was no air conditioning but it still ended up being a major issue with temperatures in the 100+ degrees during the day.

To me, this place is a piece of heaven!

A very cool accommodation. The owner, Mrs. Flaminia very friendly and hospitable. She brought us delicious ice cream as a welcome. She suggested what is worth visiting in the area. The house and the surrounding area as described on booking.com. Lovely place to rest and as a base to explore the surrounding attractions. Nearby (about 1 km from the house) shopping center with all the necessary stores. I recommend this place and accommodation. We will return there with pleasure. Thanks for everything Flaminia!

Excellent and peaceful stay, away from the bustle.

Excellent stay. Well equipped and large one-room house, next to the main villa but separate, great location in the middle of nature, great view of the fields and vineyards nearby but also close enough to supermarkets etc. Fully equipped kitchen, where we could cook proper meals and lots of parking space. We also had lots of fun with the large and cosy fireplace, with all the firewood etc provided by the host. Thanks.

Nothing. But suggest to put up a sign with the name of the Villa on the main road leading up to the last turn, as it can be difficult to find especially at night and there are other small roads nearby.

Ideal for your Tuscany vacation

The main house is large and comfortably furnished. It had a wonderful panorama where one can enjoy a glass of good local wine and watch the sun go down. The bathrooms are ample and have plenty of linens. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal if you don’t feel like going out. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, as well as a very large and well-provisioned supermarket. There were no difficulties during checkin and Flaminia spent plenty of time with us with suggestions for activities and restaurants. The wifi speed was pretty good, typically 10-12 Mbs. Video streamed on my Roku without any problems. Bring your own streaming device if you want to see anything other than Netflix (which was available for free on the TV).

There is a separate 1 bedroom property immediately adjacent. If it is occupied, your privacy will be affected. We visited in October and the temperature was great, but in August the lack of air conditioning may be an issue. Since the windows are usually opened, bugs will fly in from time to time. Like any 250-year-old farmhouse, available electrical outlets are at a premium.

Bellissimo agroturismo con vista splendida

Splendida location nel Chianti. I dettagli e la cura degli interni, tra arredi e biancheria della casa, impreziosiscono la location, caratterizzata anche da una posizione strategica e di facile accesso. Le stanze tutte sono molto ampie e accoglienti, così come i 2 bagni. In 8 la vivibilità è stata perfetta. Patio esterno doppio, uno con tavolo per mangiare e sdraio per gustare il bellissimo panorama esterno! Cucina completa di tutto. Parcheggio disponibile in struttura. Accoglienza del personale molto piacevole. Super disponibilità in tutto.
