Lokalizacja, ogród z basenem, widok, przemiły gospodarz, obcowanie z naturą, zwierzęta gospodarskie,
Dojazd do obiektu był ciężki z uwagi na stromiznę oraz nierówności w drodze ale z samochodem z wyższym zawieszeniem nie powinno stanowić to problemu.

Le lieu de séjour était très bien situé sur les flancs du Monte Cetona , avec vue sur la vallée et la montagne d'en face , et sur un paysage toscan remarquable.
La nature était omniprésente ; lors de deux balades à pieds aux alentours nous avons pu apercevoir une biche et un
chevreuil.
L'endroit étant situé en altitude , le chemin d'accès est un peu rude.
Le propriétaire a placé , au début de la montée , deux panneaux , en italien et en anglais , suggérant aux conducteurs de monter en première vitesse et de limiter le nombre de tours du moteur à 1800-2000.
En suivant ce conseil , on arrive sans problème à destination.
Je déconseillerais cependant de vouloir monter là avec une Porsche ou une Ferrari de collection ; ça risque de ne pas bien se passer....

Posizione della struttura bellissima, dalla quale si poteva godere del panorama della vallata tosco - umbra con Città della Pieve sullo sfondo, l'ambiente molto accogliente del giardino con la piscina pulitissima e curata dal signor Giovanni, persona gentile e premurosa sempre a disposizione. Abbiamo assaggiato i prodotti dell'agriturismo: vino, olio, ortaggi, uova. L'esperienza più bella è stato ritrovare il silenzio e la quiete.
la strada di accesso non è molto agevole ma comunque rientra nel contesto in cui si trova la struttura

Nos gustó TODO. El sitio es increíble. En plena naturaleza, rodeado de árboles frutales, flores y campo. El señor Giovanni y su hijo son encantadores. A nuestra llegada había una botella de vino, aceite de su finca, leche, ciruelas… para recibirnos. Está todo bien cuidado. La casa es muy cómoda, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. La piscina es estupenda, con unas vistas preciosas a su alrededor. Si buscas una experiencia auténtica en Toscana, este es tu sitio.
Nos gustó todo. No hay nada malo que comentar.
