Amazing property, pool, location, surroundings

AC was a bit weak for the summer heat. Temperature wouldn’t go below 25 degrees even at night.

The location was ideal—just a five-minute drive to town. It was close enough for easy access but far enough to enjoy the peace, beautiful views, and ample facilities. The house had everything we needed, and we truly had a wonderful stay. We kept expressing how lucky we were to have chosen this place. We look forward to returning in a few years when our kids are older; it’s perfect for families with young children as well.

A microwave in the kitchen would have been useful. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Loved the location and the facility. Mattia was fantastic at hosting us and was greeted with a bottle of wine. The pool had a fantastic view of Tuscany and Montepulciano's old town. The wine produced here is amazing.

Don't expect cold rooms, AC is a heat transfer system that blows a somewhat cool air. Old reviews mention a restaurant at the location but it closed last year. It is a bumpy dirt road into the compound. Low cars will have a hard time and will scrape the undercarriage.

Great Stay Near Montepulciano* We had a wonderful stay at Agriturismo Godiolo! Two families, sharing the "Villa" — the large apartment with plenty of shared space, worked perfectly for our group. The pool was fantastic esp as we had a heatwave, and the location is ideal: walking distance to Montepulciano's town center. Very quiet, all you hear in the evening was the cikadas. Great view over Montepulciano. The estate's own wine was excellent. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
