Charming, warm and well-appointed apartment in the center of town

Super cosy, central apartment. Excellent value!

We loved the location, right in the centre of Montepulciano. So nice to be able to walk to so many restaurants. Great atmosphere. Our hosts provided lots of extra recommendations and we love the family history provided.

We wish we could have stayed longer. Mattress was super comfy but would love some crisp sheets next time. Sheets felt pilly, but otherwise the say was perfect!

Love the location! The location is superb and I wish we could have stayed longer. The host is prompt in responding and super flexible. We had issues with our arrival to Montepulciano and the host granted us additional hours to check out (as she knew we had arrived very late in the place).

Friendly, obliging and responsive owner.

The location was perfect. Due to a train strike we were stuck in Sienna and on contacting the owner he advised which bus would should take and then arranged for us to be picked up. This was very much appreciated after a long day. He then arranged for us to be taken to the next town where we were staying.

Wonderful, cute apartment in the heart of Montepulciano!

Perfect location, very spacious, well stocked kitchen, and the cutest decor!

Is further from parking areas if you are driving with a vehicle, but this is true of most places!

Wonderful apartment in the most beautiful of ancient villages.

It was typical of an old town apartment within the old village. It had almost everything we needed for our stay and the host was very polite and helpful.

The only negatives are subjective but worth noting. Keeping the windows open does allow the amplified noise of the occasional car, scooter and passerby to come in throughout the late evening and we’ll into the early hours. Again subjective however the bed is very firm. Minor issues that we learned to live with during our stay.

The property is advertised to sleep 4 people. The single bed and the fold out lounge are a bit tricky for adults. Single bed is very short and the fold out is not suitable for an adult

Beautiful authentically furnished apartment. Location was very centrally located.

If you are traveling with small children or older adults. there are two sets of stairs that could be potential issues. Be sure to look at pictures. We had no issues.

최고의 위치. 주차장에서 숙소까지 멀지 않아요. 숙소는 아담하지만 있을 거 거의 다 있어요. 화장실도 2개라 5인 가족이 머물기에 불편함이 없었어요. 숙소 주변에 에노테카, 카페, 리스토란테가 있어요. 현관에서 나와서 50미터만 가면 몬테풀치아노의 장엄한 풍경이 펼쳐져요. 일출을 보기에 최적의 위치입니다.

잠 잘 때 이불이 좀 부족했어요. 과거에 여러 번 이탈리아 여행을 했지만, 이번처럼 여러 숙소에서 덮을 게 부족한 경우가 많았던 기억은 없네요. 그래도 잘 때 춥지는 않았어요.

Чудесные апартаменты в удивительном городе. Замечательный хозяин Даниэль помог нам с трансфером по прибытии, за что ему очень благодарны, без него пришлось бы ждать на вокзале 6 часов. Он быстро отвечает на сообщения, постоянно на связи. Квартира уютная, чистая, в прекрасном состоянии, оборудована отличной техникой. С удовольствием возвращались в апартаменты после прогулок по городу и окрестностям. Понравилось так, что хотелось остаться)

Posizione centrale, molto silenziosa con facile accesso a tutti i servizi necessari. Appartamento caratteristico, ordinato e pulito. Disponibilità di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Disponibilità, cortesia, simpatia e puntualità nelle risposte e nelle indicazioni utili a rendere la permanenza assai gradevole. Ottimo il riscaldamento. Disponibilità, per chi ne fa uso, della televisione. Wi-fi perfettamente funzionante. Dotato di tutto quanto serve ad una eccellente permanenza. Vivamente consigliato. Troverete ottimo vino lasciato dai proprietari a vostra disposizione ad un prezzo veramente buono. Un grazie da Mara Stefano Emanuele.

Per noi non è stato un problema, ma potrebbe darne a chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione e non in possesso di permesso per l'accesso con l'auto, essendo un poco distante dal parcheggio, il che rende necessario il trasporto delle valigie su strade medievali un poco sconnesse. L'appartamento è su tre livelli con scale un poco ripide e strette. Siamo convinti comunque che se vi rivolgete agli Host questi vi potranno dare le indicazioni utili e necessarie. Alcuni problemi con l'erogazione, non regolare, dell'acqua calda nella doccia. Comunque noi l'abbiamo usata in tre senza particolari problemi.

Molto gentile il proprietario che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie e anche suggerimenti per goderci al meglio i giorni a Montepulciano. E dire che abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo momento visto che un altra struttura (Dimora del Corso di Montepulciano) ci ha cancellato la prenotazione ed non rispondeva alle nostre domande per spiegazioni. Il signor Daniele invece è stato molto premuroso. Ci fossero piu' persone come lui. Grazie

Il Sig. Daniele persona fantastica. Molto attento ad ogni esigenza. Casa in pieno centro storico, facile da raggiungere a piedi con possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Casa molto caratteristica con ripresa rispettosa di tutti gli elementi. Accogliente, calda, ottima per completo relax. Da ritornarci.
