Magnificent old stone farmhouse ---exactly what you would picture as a tuscan villa over looking the vineyards. Accessed by a dirt road and driveway, Close to the walled in city of montepulciano and stores. Well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. 3 spacious bedrooms and one bathroom Very clean !! The host, Roberta, was off site, so we had the house to ourselves. She was very easy to communicate with and she made sure we had everything we needed. A variety of breakfast items were left for us. Be mindful that she will be waiting to greet you upon arrival, so touch base if running late. A magical and memorable stay. A great base for visiting other towns in Tuscany. Easy 1 1/2 hour car ride to Florence airport. Highly recommended.
The only coffee maker that we saw made only 1 cup at a time.

Prachtige lokatie, super vriendelijke eigenaar. De ligging is eigenlijk perfect met een geniaal uitzicht. Montepulciano is een droom.
Als je met 4 personen bent dan is één badkamer mogelijk maar een tweede zou beter zijn.

We met many great hosts in our travels. But Roberta is an exceptional one. She was so helpful and so generous. Her house is located in a serene place, very well equiped, comfortable and quiet. I would happily spend there my whole vacation.
