Spacious apartment with a very comfortable bed and shutters on the door and window, making for a good night’s sleep. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops close by.

Basic accommodations in a good location

Upon arrival, we were allowed to drive up to the door to unload our luggage. Since it is a steep walk into town, this was extremely helpful. They also have a free parking lot not too far from the hotel, making parking very convenient. The location is surrounded by shops and restaurants, which made it ideal for exploring.

There is a tub with a handheld spray anchored at knee height, so if you prefer a shower you’ll have to hold the spray above your head. The bed was very uncomfortable making it hard to sleep well. The A/C was not strong enough to cool the room so the room was still stuffy and warm.

Wonderful stay in Montepulciano

Our stay was wonderful! We stayed in a new apartment with an amazing view. The host, Amedeo was very helpful.

We loved our little apartment in Montepulciano and would love to return for a longer stay.

The rooms were large enough for three of us to hang out in when we were not out exploring the picturesque town. The kitchen had a clothes washer that was handy. The bathroom was modern and clean. The views out the windows were all amazing: the nearby church steeple, out across the beautiful Tuscan countryside. It was quiet and peaceful and yet just a short walk to the main street of the town, conveniently near the restaurants and shops. The linens throughout were soft, luxurious and fresh. We felt relaxed and at home.

When we first arrived there was not much hand soap or dish soap, but Amadeo (our host) provided us with plenty of all that very quickly. The decor was a bit cluttered so we moved nick-knacks out of the way so we could put our things on the shelves.

Amazing property with wonderful hosts.

The hosts, Amedeo and his wife were very nice and helpful. Location on the main pedestrian road but cars can drop off the luggages in front of the property. The property has lifts too! Amazing! And the apartment was very clean

Come voi nessuno mai

Posizione centralissima, ci hanno fatto l'upgrade gratuito in un appartamento in via San Donato, a due passi dal Duomo. Comunicazione sollecita e precisa, host gentile. Pulizia perfetta e accurata, appartamento pulitissimo. Letto caldo e accogliente. Una cabina armadio che in vita mia non ho mai avuto, peccato troppo per poco tempo.

Non aver conosciuto il nostro host:) mancava una tenda oscurante alla finestra della camera.

Struttura localizzata sul corso di Montepulciano che ti permette di raggiungere il centro storico in pochissimo tempo. La stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato era spaziosa , dotata di tutti i servizi e , cosa non meno importante , era davvero pulitissima. Una menzione importante va fatta per i proprietari che si sono mostrati sempre disponibili e davvero gentilissimi.
