Very convenient apartment

The convenience to everything . Restaurants, cafes. (They didn’t have coffee in the apartment like all of the other places I stayed) The hop on bus is right there. I suggest taking it at the beginning of your stay.

The washing machine was broken, hopefully it will get fixed soon. No coffee in the apartment.

Nice comfortable property with a couple issues

The location and size of the property were excellent. The host allowed us to check in early, which was very kind. There was parking an easy 5-minute walk away with our bags. There were limited spots, so we had to circle a couple of times, but we eventually got a spot. The property had everything we needed, but a couple of items were not functioning. Beautiful view out the bedroom window onto the valley below. Quite location.

One of our booking criteria was a washing machine. The property had one, as advertised, but it was broken. The microwave was also broken, but there were pots to boil water. Also, there isn't any AC so it could get warm in the summer. Finally, I could not find a way to get the heating on as we did have a cold spell.

Very nice accommodation in a historical house right in the middle of Montepulciano, next to Piazza Grande. Free parking is widely available a couple of minutes walking distance from Piazza Grande.

Superb

The apartment was insanely cute - really made you feel like you were in the Tuscan countryside. The owner could not be lovelier and Montepulciano itself had a wholesome feel that everyone should experience.

The main issue was that our boiler for the water blew up. It was very stressful however the owner was so lovely and helped us as soon as we asked.

The location was excellent, right next to the main square. The apartment was a glorious old building so it was very special and spacious. Stefano, the host, was very helpful. Close to parking, free if you time it right!

Stefano was a lovely, friendly host & easily available at any time with What's App.

We made our own breakfast as it was a self contained apartment.

The apartment was lovely & supplied plenty of spare bedding & towels. It was nice & close to Piazza Grande. There was a hiccup with the hot water but Stefano had it repaired in a day & then all was good. Thankyou again Stefano for picking us up at the train station. We will definitely stay here again if we return to this amazing town of Montepulciano.

The apartment was a beautifully restored old house of Stefano’s family, right off the main square. it had a modern, well equipped kitchen, sitting room and a bedroom with stunning views of the lowlands below. Super comfortable .

Great stay in an amazing medival apartment centrally located in Plazza Grande, Montepulciano

The best location ever! 10 meters from Plazza Grande! I drank a Montepulciano wine with my wife every night, chilled in my own fridge and served from my own glasses by the Cathedral!👍😊 Plus, the apartment was awesome, we literally lived in a castel for two nights, which gave us an amazing feeling! Mary and Stefano, the owners were great! Thank you guys for an awesome stay!

Nice apartment at the top of the hill in Montepulciano

Beautiful town with interesting shops and good restaurants. The apartment was all on the ground level, which was a big plus. Spacious and well laid out, with a great view from the bedroom window. The kitchen had an oven, which was great - they often only have a stovetop and a microwave. Good shower and lots of hot water. Soap and shampoo, towels, hair dryer all included and worked well. No problems at all with the wifi signal. Stefano was a great host, friendly and helpful.

The chairs were pretty uncomfortable, including the sofa in the living room. Basic kitchen utensils and pans in the kitchen, but no toaster, kettle, or baking dishes. There is a washer, which works fine, and Stefano warned us that you had to wait 10 minutes after the end of the cycle for t(e door lock to release. But we didn’t know that you have to turn the power off, then wait the 10 minutes. Our clothes were captive over night as we waited for the door to release! The apartment is just off the Piazza Grande, which isn’t a bad location, but everything is down some pretty steep hills, so there is a serious climb back up at the end of the day. Nothing to do with the apartment itself, but the Montepulciano train station is 6 miles and a €25 taxi ride each way from town.

Der Dom Besichtigung war leider nicht möglich wegen Sanierung ,trotzdem sehr interessante Stadt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem historischen Haus mitten in Montepulciano, neben der Piazza Grande. Der Blick aus der Schlafzimmerfenster war sehr schön .Kostenlose Parkplätze sind weit entfernt vom Piazza Grande, aber in der Kostenpflichtige Parklätze hast immer parken können nur 5 Minuten entfernt von Unterkunft . Stefano war sehr hilfsbereit .

Das Appartment war liebevoll eingerichtet hat uns gut gefallen. Was uns gestört hat , das wir nicht lüften könnten wegen Gelsen Plage , es gibt leider kein Fliegengitter was sehr schade ist. Jeden Tag gabs in der früh besonders am Abend laute Geräusche von oben wie wenn hin -und her geschoben würde etwas , Boiler oder Pumpe laut . Ein Spiegel hätte in Zimmer gerne gehabt , die Beleuchtung schwach in Badezimmer und Abwasch-Kochbereich, Badetücher grau nicht frisch gerochen , Küchenkasten und Geschirr gehört besser gesäubert .Kühlschranktür schließt nicht richtig und war auf Kühlschrankwand 5cm dicke Eis ,muss besser aufgepasst werden. Ich finde diese Mängeln sind leicht zu beheben und ich empfehle trotzdem weiter diese historische Appartment zu buchen !!!!
