Innanzitutto voglio ringraziare la proprietaria dell'appartamento Maria per la sua professionalità e la cura verso gli ospiti.
L'Appartamento in posizione strategica a Montepulciano:
(1) per venire in macchina e per viaggiare nella regione. Parcheggio 8 (ci sono segnali ovunque lungo la strada), che ha due parti: un parcheggio a pagamento (solo in alta stagione) e un parcheggio gratuito (tutto l'anno). Dal parcheggio a pagamento non è difficile salire lungo una strada tortuosa (per pedoni) direttamente agli appartamenti (50 metri).
Dal parcheggio gratuito non più di 100 metri, ma è una salita verso l'alto e può essere difficile. Per scaricare i bagagli puoi guidare direttamente alla porta.
(2) per passeggiare nel centro storico. Non importa dove andate a destra o a sinistra arriverete alla piazza centrale in 5 minuti. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti ed enoteche di famose cantine. Nello stesso edificio in cui si trovano il appartamento c'è una meravigliosa caffetteria per la colazione.
L'appartamento in stile toscano con mobili e oggetti interni antichi (come ai musei) con cucina moderna dotata di tutto il necessario (il frigorifero grande, microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè con fornitura di capsule, una bottiglia di acqua, latte e snack di benvenuto). C'è una terrazza privata (uscita dalla cucina), ma era inverno e non potevo godermela. Due grande camere da letto con letti confortevoli e buona biancheria da letto. Il riscaldamento per l'inverno! Ovunque è pulito. Il bagno è dotato di doccia, scaldasalviette e lavatrice.
Forse TV e' piccola, ma non l'ho guardata. In alternativa, troverai molti libri e album d'arte interessanti. C'e il libro con la storia della famiglia Stuart (mantenere la storia della sua famiglia merita rispetto)! Anche ci sono informazioni turistiche (nonostante Internet questo è molto utile).
Quando tornerò in Toscana sceglierò sicuramente questo appartamento!

Beautiful property! Everything is just like the pictures. We stayed in the Green Tea room. The bedrooms are huge. The entire apartment (more like a house) is filled with beautiful antiques. Has everything you could need including a washer and cleaning liquid. Tons of great books including other places to visit and what to see and do. The property has beautiful garden areas to sit. It is at the top of the village so is pretty quiet. Easy to get anywhere. They have info on the property, how it came to be, maps of Montepulciano so you know where you are and where the local businesses are. Great hosts. Loved everything!
Nothing really. Wish they had stations with news from other countries in English.

Felt like staying in a museum, the property is very beautiful. Bed is 5 star hotel comfort. Location is top
lack of noise cancellation in the main bedroom, also you can hear every movement of the guest staying above you
