Located on the piano nobile of the palace, this apartment is an oasis of light and tranquillity. The large windows of the two spacious bedrooms overlook the surrounding valley, offering views across the village rooftops and beautiful centuries-old lime trees.
The living area features an elegant sitting room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, complemented by a spacious bathroom with shower.
The true jewel of this property, however, is the private terrace, accessible directly from the apartment. It overlooks a large communal garden shared with the other apartments and enjoys views of the bell tower of the Church of Santa Maria dei Servi.
The apartment has been carefully restored using both traditional and state-of-the-art materials, ensuring excellent thermal insulation.
It is fully equipped with all modern comforts, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster and hairdryer. On arrival, you will always find a welcome hamper with a selection of herbal teas, biscuits and espresso coffee pods, to help you start your stay in the best possible way.

The Green Tea flat is very well located in Montepulciano, close to parking and easily walkable to everywhere in town. The flat is also well furnished, attractive and clean. Maria was a great host, welcoming and available to answer any questions.

This apt. was excellent . The rooms were large and comfortable. The check in and the communication with the owner was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place and we would love to come back in the future .

Beautiful home with a warm and caring host family; we felt honored that they are willing to to share their very special family home with visitors. The location is wonderful - we fell in love with Montepulciano. Access and parking is a bit challenging, but that's what life in Montepulciano is like, and it was fun experiencing it. Best of everything in our opinion - where else can you stay in an ancient hilltop fortress town, buy from local craftsmen, taste award winning cheeses and wines, tour ancient wine cellars and see Etruscan tombs all in one stop? Stunning views of the Tuscan countryside in every direction! The Stuart ancestral home is beautifully renovated and furnished with lovely antiques and art. We could have happily spent our entire stay in Italy here, and will always remember it with a smile. Thank you, Maria!

This was a beautiful home in a great location. We felt safe and had plenty of room. Many shops and cafes nearby. It was extremely hot for the season so we moved the two fans from room to room. Night was tolerable with the fans creating air movement. Parking is convenient and just down from the rental. Just know you have to haul everything up a long ascending ramp so prepare yourself. The Host Maria, was helpful with all my questions.
