An ideal comfortable room in a stone cottage on an olive farm, with a garden and view overlooking the hills of Tuscany. It’s a short—though uphill— walk to Montepulciano. A wonderful breakfast starts the day, and the garden table is an ideal setting to finish with a bottle of wine, a loaf of bread, some cheese, and the love of your life. Highly recommended!

Lucia is an outstanding host, kind and responsible.
The location is excellent.
The room is beautiful and has all you need to have a good time.
The doors make some noise but it's normal due to the age of the facilities.
Nevertheless, I would get back any time.
Totally recommendable place.

Lucia was an amazing host! Breakfast was fantastic and the property was gorgeous. Such a romantic, quiet stay.
You might want to have a car as it’s a walk up a steep hill to the town.

Very peaceful location, nice olive tree garden. It is set up in a basic but nice way, we enjoyed it. The garden was also a big plus, as it felt relaxing and private at the same time, at least for the room we were in. Good location, nice host.
Something we overlooked when booking this accomodation is that it doesn't have AC. There was a fan in the room which helped, but it still felt very hot during our stay which made it uncomfortable at times.
Even though for the rest the level of cleanliness was great, I would suggest to replace the coffee mugs.
