Mikipong was super clean and cozy, conveniently located to the historic city of Montepulciano, had a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed, and we loved the fresh eggs and resident friendly cat that comes with the place. Most important while vacationing in a foreign country is safety, and we felt 100% safe within the gated property, and our rental car had its own covered space for the week. The owners and staff were very friendly and personable and treated us like their family. We fell in love with Mikipong and appreciate the personal display and pride of the owners artwork and quirky collectibles.

There isn’t anything that we didn’t like. This property and family management is exceptional.

We got 4 fresh eggs from the chickens they have. The location was nice and quiet but we did drive to the center as it rained on the first 2 days. Location was also only 15-20minutes from nearby towns. Host was superb at giving suggestions on where to go and where to eat. The house was fully equipped with everything you need - full kitchen, iron, hair dryer, toilets ahd bidets, shower cubicle, dish washer, cleaning services. And the stunning garden was so welcoming. We chose a perfect stay for our first wedding anniversary.

We thought we might be able to walk to Montepulciano walls even if it rained but that was definitely not an option despite having umbrellas. Having a car or good weather is a plus. But otherwise, everything about our stay was 10/10!

Mooie vakantiewoning op loopafstand ( 20 min) van oude stadscentrum. Het huis is comfortabel, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Terras, tuin en buitenmeubels aanwezig. Prive parkeren bij het huis. Aanrader!
