We had a great stay from the very beginning. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need and is conveniently located close to the center of Montepulciano. We would definitely recommend it.

The location is unbeatable, just outside the main gate of the medieval town. The charming little house is beautifully appointed and meticulously maintained. Immaculately clean throughout. I would definitely stay here again. The host was absolutely delightful.

The property is a renovated two storey house situated conveniently at the edge of the historic old town with its many wine tasting cellars, bars and restaurants and a short walk from a large supermarket. The downstairs level included a second bathroom, well- equipped kitchen and a small living are with a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside. There are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The house is simply but tastefully decorated and our host was charming and very helpful when we were concerned about a train strike. The house was well heated and we were able to watch tv and listen to music using a computer monitor in the living area. The wi fi coverage was excellent and strongly recommend the property

The location was amazing so close to everything. The facilities were amazing aswell. Kitchen had everything I needed to Cook. Beautiful views and very homey stay
