The apartment is more than spacious with all the necessary equipment. The available parking spot is a great added value, the location is good and quiet.
Apart from the TV that could definitely be upgraded (now it's very small) considering the living room size and distance from the couch to the screen, I didn't really like the absence of the host at both arrival and departure and also the tone used in communicating by WhatsApp. I guess a "human touch" is always welcome and for me it's making a real difference. A lot of room for improvement here. By reaching out on a personal level, you demonstrate that you genuinely want to work with the prospect or customer and you're motivated to deliver a great customer experience. A personal touch also helps your customers feel valued and can be an important marketing strategy. A personal touch encourages customer loyalty.

Apartment was comfortable and clean
Host was not very friendly.
We have to pay extra for caffe capsule. It wasn't Italian style Caffe.
Price for apartment was high and located outside old town.
