It was fabulous we loved using this as a base to explore walled hill towns in Tuscany.

We loved staying here the facility was completely updated and very comfortable, roomy, clean, well appointed with all the necessary kitchen equipment, bathroom toiletries, and a lovely space to spend 3 nights.

There was nothing we didn’t like everything was exceptional. The owner was incredibly helpful with providing information on what to see and do here in montepulciano as well as recommendations for visiting neighboring towns. He provided recommendations on where to eat and was incredibly responsive when we texted with a question. We really enjoyed staying in this lovely clean well located apartment to enjoy Tuscany.

Fabulous location and an easy stay.

Amazing location and clean. We were there in a heat wave and would recommend closing the curtain between rooms to keep the cool air from the air con in the bedroom. Communication with the host was proactive and responsive.

Struggled a little with plug points on the one side of the bed - just a minor inconvenience.

Perfect location & beautiful home

I stayed for a month here and loved my stay! The apartment is right in the heart of the historic town on a great street close to small local shops, lots of restaurants and close walk to the piazza grande. Carlo is very helpful and responsive with clear instructions and recommendations. The apartment is very comfortable, clean & stylish. I'll definitely be back, grazie! 🌻

The location was great and in the centre of Montepulciano, however it was also very quiet. There were lovely restaurants and places to eat and drink at our door step. The place was very clean, spacious and had a great bathroom.

Carlo is an excellent host. The whole communication went smoothly, he provided me with all the information I needed even before I asked for it - clearly and concisely. The location is excellent - for arriving , for staying and for exploring beautiful Montepulciano. The apartment is cozy, comfortable and clean. You have everything you may need. Amazing location, modern interior, really friendly hosts and great facilities

Hosts were exceptionally nice and welcoming! They recommended a lot of places to visit. The room was modern and it had all the things necessary. The location was the best you coult ask for, it’s a quiet street but still 2 minutes walk away from the busiest streets and alleys. Lots of cute shops and restaurants nearby

The noice cancelling on the balcony/window was almost nonexistent. Luckily there was no noices coming from people outside, but passing cars early in the morning were loud. But i think there is not much that can be done when the window is just above the street.

A wonderful, well located, well-equipped apartment with a fabulous host

The apartment was stunning, with a lovely modern bathroom, comfy bedroom, and a perfect seating area. Carlo was the ideal host, he was communicative at all stages, replying to my messages in minutes, recommending taxi services when I asked, and even allowing me to store my bag in the property after I checked out when I had a logistical problem with my travel plans. He was so welcoming, and so helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

the property is fully renovated to high modern standards inside a medieval building in the town center which is very charming. we had a bedroom & a separate living room, which is very spacious a note to people who are not familiar with Montepulciano - it’s a small town with very narrow streets & u can tour everything in one day. tourists can NOT drive their cars into the town & must park way down the mountain with a long, steep hike to town center. as such, lodge in town center or stay miles outside of town makes no difference - u & ur car are separated, whether u have to hike up to eat (only option) or hike up to sleep

Best place to stay - recommendation!!!

The appartment exceeded our expectations! A feel good place, with a lot of style, comfort and detail. We loved the small typical Italian balcony, the huge bathroom and shower, toiletries, modern kitchen, decoration. We felt at home and definitely wanted to stay longer. Communication with Carlo has been amazing. Everything was perfectly explained and very friendly. We can recommend this appartment and would definitely return!

While being a perfect place to stay - there is one thing to improve - the bed. As well explained in the description it is a sofa not a bed, which wouldn't be a problem at all. But the sofa/matress is quite worn out and soft.
