Very central property located at close walking distance from all town's amenities and important sights and restaurants yet easily reachable by car and with a parking available at short distance. My apartments are located inside the historic center of Montepulciano in a privileged panoramic position. The apartments enjoy also a private garden with solarium terrace and reading area secluded within the ancient Fortress walls.

The apartment was well located and had everything for cooking meals. It was as shown in the photos except for the bed which was not the same. It was also darker, not as bright as described. Overall, everything was as expected.

Large 3rd floor well equipped apt with great Tuscany hills view through French balcony windows. Good location on the edge of town, and a 100 Meter walk up from parking.

Giacomo and Giovanna were the perfect hosts. Our Black Tea unit had a magnificient view and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We would recommend this property to everyone-very close to beautiful walking town, great restaurants and fun shops. Also very convenient, Giacomo's excellent coffee shop just steps from or door!
