Clean, quiet property on a "farm like" location. Lovely pool ( 2 ) with view of the valley, hills. Short drive to Paciano for small grocery store and cafe, and further up the hill to lovely hill top town of Panicale.
Unfortunately the bed was too stiff / hard to sleep on. The sofa had a pull out bed which I used instead as it was softer. Espresso machine available, but no pods :(
