BEAUTIFUL HOUSE AND GOOD LOCATION - SEE DESCRIPTION

It's a very beautiful house. Just 3 minutes drive to the beach. Very clean and very traditionally decorated. 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms up stairs 1 unsuit and q bathroom 1 twin room.and one shower room down stairs Real wood fire Two dining areas and two living rooms Very big and fully equipped kitchen Amazing place

Water in upstairs two bathrooms were not great. If someone taking shower downstairs or using water in kitchen upstairs water stops! Both single rooms are too small. We were 9 (4 couples and 1 single) so it was not the best experience for one couple as had two small.single beds in L shape. 1 couple had to move to the hotel as it was not suitable for them to sleep in a very small room with laminate shaped two single beds

Nice space and gardens; kitchen area light and sunny.

Aspects in need of repair. Gutter leak right over the front door was very annoying. Unclear fridges were working properly/ or on when we arrived. Table tennis table in need of repair, actually dangerous esp. for children as it collapsed. Some light bulbs need replacing. Too many rules and lack of equipment (told to bring our own oven gloves for example) based on the extremes of COVID. No flexibility on arrival (only allowed after 6pm) or check out. On departure day, with enforced early check out, there's a long list of jobs guests are expected to do. Didn't feel welcoming.

We enjoyed our holiday and had nice weather comfy beds and bedrooms and a nice site to have a walk

Location nice views and peaceful.Good size bedrooms and enough furniture,and dishes. Nice tv in the sun room. Good hand washing facilities and dishwasher tablets.

A bigger tv for the kitchen and possibly a couple more pans would be useful. Check in time & check out time could be better.

Superb

Everything except the showers as water flow was not great if multiple taps or showers in the house were on at the same time. But very nice location, property and a full fledged kitchen! The games time was awesome!! We had a very nice stay here and will definitely return next year again for our Snowdon mountain trek! Early morning the birds chirping and the velux ceiling windows are a real pleasure.
