One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in my life.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly, attentive and helpful. Overall an amazing atmosphere. Great access to the beach for swimming. Very safe. Nice pool with a pool bar. Always enough free beds at the beach or pool with and without shade. Hammocks and swings at the beach. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds & pillows and great shower. Everything was cleaned perfectly every day. WiFi worked well. Dance and fire show program on a few days throughout the week. Aqua gym, yoga, etc. every day. Nice food at the beach bar. Lots of choices for breakfast but mostly the same every day. Not far from Khao Lak center with access to many shops and restaurant. Either a 15 min walk or 100 baht taxi ride.

Relaxed luxury

This was my second time in Sentido and I was happy to notice it was well maintained along the years. I just love this resort, it's easy luxury but nothing too fancy so you feel like home. Lush jungle scenery, excellent breakfast at the beach, spacious rooms, multiple pool options and lovely staff. What more can you ask for? I also love the library at the lobby :) Had one of the best thai massages of my life at the hotel spa. It's a bit pricey but guests get a discount.

Very large well laid out hotel with full facilities

Loved the location beautiful beach and easy walk to local shops.Enjoyed activities for free like the yoga classes.The choice of pools was great.Good early start for breakfast great if you were going out for day trip.

We had booked a balcony room but arrived to find we had been upgraded to a swim out room which we didn't want especially to a pool 0.5m deep! The corridor was main thoroughfare to beach and restaurants and didn't become quiet till 1130pm.The next morning we went back to.reception as they said hotel would be emptier but offered us a room smelling of alcohol and smoke facing carpark.We had paid for a seaview and balcony which finally we got wasting a morning of our holiday.Mosquitoes in corridors and no spray in room to kill them.No flyscreens so couldn't get fresh air. The smokers area was next to the main path to restaurant and beach so you could not avoid getting overwhelmed by smoke.

The hotel Sentido was beautiful, the rooms were very spacious with everything you could possibly need. The location is very central to the town of Khao Lak. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent location, quiet as mainly adults. Breakfast selection very good - though coffee could be hotter! Room Excellent - we did pay for upgrade however. Grounds kept tidy everyday, though some noisy with petrol driven tools! Pools & areas around always clean & tidy plus sunbeds available daily- no early reserving them! Beach lovely but smallish area, however dont turn right towards town, blocked by construction works next door at Laguna- turn left, over the rocks and massive beautiful beach with restaurants & bars - which was virtually empty.

Some guests stopped from taking a banana out of breakfast & made to eat it or leave it- bit unnecessary really!

Lovely resort

Beautiful resort with a great beach and well maintained pools and grounds. Lovely spa and beachside restaurant and bar. Not as big as other resorts so has a more intimate feel but not too busy.

Quite, Relaxing stay by the Ocean

Bedroom bigger than expected. Excellant shower & bathroom facilities. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were so friendly, you could tell that they were well trained in customer service. The location is just perfect. Right next to the ocean and a short walk, less than 5 minutes to the local shops, restaurants, bars etc. Breakfast next to the sea was beautiful in the morning. Cannot fault this hotel. It was my first time visiting and certainly wont be my last. Incredible value for money.

Beautiful resort to stay at if relaxing and chilling is your thing.

Our room had partial beach view. Very tropical feeling. So many stairs but very doable in our condition. Close access to the beach and pools. Restaurants were great and the location of the resort was much closer to 'town' than we thought it would be. Staff were very friendly and helpful! While the beach was fairly small, it was great for us.

Very few people speaking English and the resort was almost too quiet. Not much of a vibe for a resort. The evening show that we saw was somewhat lacking.

Quiet localtion and plenty of space on the balcony. Breakfast was more than adequate. Staff were extremely freindly and helpful. Thay always had a smile and were quick to help.

Beyond their control, constant smokers on the balconys next to room so we couldn't sit out or even open our door due to the smell entering. Pool was a little too warm.

Was a very comfortable stay and rooms are nice . We had one with the ocean view and a balcony . The staff were very helpful and gave us a breakfast box as we were Leaving early for our tours to Surin and similan islands .The food in the hotel restaurant is great . Also they arrange transport if you want to go into town where there are many restaurants and bars .the hotel also has complimentary activities like yoga aqua aerobics etc

The resort is in a beautiful location, right on the beach, gorgeous sunset spot, pools are great and the gym classes were awesome. Adults only resort so perfect for a solo traveller. Breakfast was amazing

I appreciate that a resort on the beach needs to consider a dress code, but I didn't really appreciate a sleeves requirement. Most of my very nice dresses are strappy. I didn't go to the restaurants to eat as a result.

For a Tui Hotel it was great!!

Great location - beach was perfect. Some nice restaurants close by (Gold Elephant recommended 😃). Breakfast was in a lovely setting.

The sun beds near the beach were always taken early in the day - maybe more area could be made available as lying looking out at the wonderful beach and sea is very soothing.
