Our bathroom was full of mould. Our room smelt damp.

Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. The staff, breakfast, cleanliness, proximity to the beach, swimming pool and all the local shops and restaurants in close proximity, just perfect. Honestly cannot find fault. Do not understand negative reviews, especially regarding queuing for coffee !!!! There are 5 coffee machines and hot water, I never had to queue.

We were upgraded to the Royal Garden Deluxe Villa. Lots of room here and right next to the Adults Only pool which was perfect. We had the choice of cooling off in our private spa pool or swimming in the huge pool.

Twice I went and ordered my eggs then went to get my toast, both times I came back and someone else had taken my eggs. They should be more attentive to who has ordered OR not put them where anyone can take them. The resort is very tired and needs some sprucing up.

Thisbsina very nice one if you have a bit of a limit on your budget. The building is Abi older now, and would need a serious refresh to toestend tot he same price as some of its neighbours, but the room was one of the most comfortable, the location is good, the pools are stunning and the beach is perfect

The hotel definitely has great potential in terms of concept, location, and layout. However, it is currently very clear that the property is in an uncertain transitional phase, apparently waiting for new investors. Unfortunately, this situation is noticeable throughout the entire resort. The overall condition of the property is poor. Large parts of the infrastructure appear neglected, buildings show visible wear and deterioration, and ponds and canals on the hotel grounds are dirty and full of debris. The entire area feels insufficiently maintained, which is very disappointing given the potential of the place. One of the biggest issues during our stay was a severe mosquito infestation. Even with very strong and freshly applied mosquito repellents, it was almost impossible to stay outside on the balcony or outdoors at all — within minutes, one would be bitten multiple times. The resulting itching lasted throughout the day and made the stay extremely uncomfortable. We cannot say for sure whether this affected only our area or other parts of the resort as well, but for us it was unbearable. In addition, the beach section directly in front of the hotel is not particularly attractive, which further contributes to the overall disappointing impression of the property. On our first day after arrival, we had lunch at the beach restaurant. Unfortunately, the service was very poor — staff did not respond, and we had to wait an extremely long time without proper attention. A few hours after eating at the beach restaurant, I became seriously ill with gastrointestinal symptoms, which resulted in me being confined to bed. As a consequence, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were essentially lost for me, as I was unwell and unable to enjoy the holiday at all. Of course, it is impossible to prove whether this illness was directly caused by the hotel or the restaurant.

The best thing about the hotel was the location at the beach, the very nice swimming pool near the beach and the outstanding breakfast.

The hotel is very big and not so personal for our liking. They need to re-think the towel service for the beach/the pool.

The pool was amazing. The kids had a blast sliding down the slide in the pool. Breakfast is good and not rushed.

It has real resort vibes, however the resort needs a variety of refurbishments. To be honest we were slightly disapointed… it seems great on the photos but in real life it shows that it has lost a bit of flair. Also, we had an ocean wing room. It didnt promiss ocean view, which we also didnt have. We did expected it. Not the hotels fault but might be good to know.
