Good swimming pool. Close to city. Close to beach.

Favorite hotel in Khao Lak. Lovely friendly and very helpful staff beautiful gardens and spacious comfortable room. Food from onsite restaurant excellent - best breakfast in Khao Lak.

Lovely warm welcome, room big spacious and clean good size balcony. Pool area kept clean. Breakfast was tasty. Bed comfy good sleep. All staff friendly and helpful. Close to lovely beach plenty of bars and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at The Leaf Oceanside. The property grounds were spacious and well cared for. The two pools were adjacent to each other, with plenty of sun beds. Whilst quite a lot of these were claimed early, the property also scattered quite a few sun beds nearby on the lawns, so everyone could find a place to sit. Breakfast was pretty good, with (limited) bakery, fruit and cereal options, plus a couple of stir fry Thai dishes and eggs. We stayed in a palm villa room which was reasonably spacious and comfortable. There was nothing to watch on TV except news channels. The team were always polite, but I thought they lacked the usual Thai hospitality of warmth and smiles.

Awesome hotel, only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Awesome crew, super friendly. Delicious breakfast is included

It was a really nice stay and everybody was very friendly. The property could use a little work a room renovation would do wonders.

Hôtel is close to the beach and town which is convenient. The room was big but very dark! Storage is limited to a closet with hangers, so we used our suitcases.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Leaf Oceanside. Very friendly and efficient staff. Reasonable selection of food at breakfast, although few guests ate at the restaurant in the evening, unlike other hotels close by.

Nice, quiet hotel with excellent service and staff. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is excellent: pancakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, different kinds of tea/coffee, bread and croissants and much more.

Very quiet and peaceful area. Short walk to the beach. Pool at resort is shallow. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Good breakfast. Although, eggs are precooked so they can be cold. Overall a pleasant place to visit.

The hotel had a great location, just a short path to the beach and walking distance up to the main road. Stayed in a garden villa which needed a bit of a facelift. Openings around the door and windows let mosquitos in, but staff was very quick solving the problem with spray and electric repellant, so not a problem really. Breakfast buffet was totally ok, nothing specatular but enough to choose from. The staff was totally amazing, always smiles and very helpful. Without them, the hotel would have been nothing special at all.

Well located for the beach and within walking distance of a wide range of restaurants

Staff all very nice made you feel welcome

Room was very nice, breakfast was good and nice selection. Would have been nice to have a chair at the beach, even if I had to pay a little. Maybe hotel could have beach chairs to take down to the beach for hotel guests. (Bahama beach chairs?)

I’m still awaiting a refund for my last night stay as I had to leave the hotel early due to lack of care in the restraint following my allergies. I told them at the reception and even told the staff when ordering and I still was given food with things I’m allergic to. My throat swelled up from this and they tried to explain that I should show a card to explain my allergy every time I go to the Restraunt? And the mango juice was heavily diluted. I wanted fresh squeezed juice and they didn’t give it. Other than this a generally nice hotel to stay. I will give a better review if and when I get my refund back which the management have emailed me to state is processing but also it doesn’t say on this app that it is being processed? They also said 45 days for a refund to be applied which makes me believe they say this so it’s too late to give a bad review… not too late for me though.

On arrival at the hotel we had such a great welcome, a tea and ice cold flannel to cool us down. The staff were really welcoming. To get to our room we had to walk through the restaurant. Our room overlooked the 2 large pools and grounds which was actually really nice. The room was ground floor with a large balcony area. It was a large room with a massive bed, decent size bathroom and all the facilities we needed like kettle and fridge etc. The only things it was lacking was a privacy screen of some sort as we were ground floor so you could see straight into the room, no good if you wanted to walk around naked! Also the massive units by the side of the bed were pretty pointless? They didn’t even have drawers in, just the light switch at the front forthe above bed reading lights. We realise that most plug sockets in Thailand are dodgy but it was hard to get phone leads etc plugged in at the bedside. Fortunately we take a 4 plug extension when we travel anywhere now. The shower wasn’t the best either, very weak. Lots of storage provided and the usual safe etc. the location was good, a short walk to the beach and also to a local night market and to the main strip where there are loads of restaurants and shops. We had a few local massage places round the corner which we used and they were good and reasonable too. It was also easy to grab a taxi at the hotel entrance rather than using the onsite one as she was more expensive we found. We would come back but not to this hotel

Lovely hotel great rooms nice breakfast

A very nice, clean hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Excellent choice for breakfast.Not quite on the beach but that can be reached via a little alleyway(about 50 metres). A few bars and restaurants close by but it's only a 10 minute walk to the main road with an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants.

Amazing stay at the leaf ocenside. The beach is literally 2 mins away walking distance. Breakfast was good but avoid going there during 9-10am since it could be very crowded. The room will always have 2-3 mosquitos every night so prepare yourself with mosquito repellent or need to catch them every night before going to sleep

We truly enjoyed our stay! Super friendly and helpful staff no matter the department, clean room with much storage and great location. Close to the mainstreet but without any disturbing sounds, beach just a short walk away etc. would definitely recommend this hotel in Khao Lak

Great location for the beach. Pool was beautiful and gardens well maintained. Peaceful great breakfast friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast variety. Rooms spacious Super clean and comfy beds. Could not fault it
