Happy Lagoon Bungalow

The pool was nice, the rooms were cute!

The A/C unit was a bit weird but eventually we figured it out. The bathroom had no shower curtain and also we noticed some ants around the sink on the first night.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. So clean and friendly and welcoming. felt like a home from home. The room was basic (we were in the cheapest ‘budget’ option) but had absolutely everything we needed and best of all was cleaned everyday and even smelt amazing. Hotel was exactly as pictured. Pool area was brilliant and my 2 year old absolutely loved the elephants and deer and all the lanterns everywhere. Restaurant was lovely and staff were brilliant. Everyone knew my little ones name and gave him treats, bread to feed the fish and he was treated like royalty. We were quite sad to leave and am already missing it. You won’t find a cleaner more well kept hotel than this. Absolutely brilliant. Thanks for having us.

The room was massive and cleaned every day.

The reception stuff wasn’t very helpful. The next door neighbours had a small baby which cried most nights. On the New Year’s night they didn’t had any event/celebration like other locals nearby.

I have never experienced such friendly, dedicated and helpful staff at any previous accommodation in Thailand. We also recommend the transfer to the airport in Puhket in terms of price. The accommodation has very nice bungalows that are absolutely clean. The garden and the pool are a dream. The restaurants associated with the resort are also recommended.

Everything. The breakfast is just waouh with fresh orange juice and fresh fruits. Not a buffet but eggs or omelet with ham or bacon many options to choose from. The pool is really big and relaxing. The room was very comfy. It is a really quiet and relaxing place.

The check-in was a bit long but everything else was just so perfect.

The bungalow: we had the basic double bed bungalow. The bed was comfortable the room was air conditioned. It was basic but immaculately clean. If you want fancy this isn't the accommodation for you. It is clean and comfortable. The room has a wardrobe, dresser and cupboard, so plenty of storage. The bathroom is a wet room with a basin and vanity top, loo and a shower. The shower is functional but not a power shower but given water shortages, this is not a bad thing. The verander had 2 chairs and a side table and is a lovely space to look at the gardens and take a break from the sun. The pool area: again this is immaculate and clean. The pool is a good size (around 20m in length) given that there is around 27 bungalows. There are 2 jacuzzi areas, a waterfall and kids slide and pool area. The massage beds are under the waterfall if you fancy a massage. The sunbeds are massive, you can fit 2 adults on them. It was quiet during our visit, so there were always plenty of beds and none of the usual bed saving with towels. The pool is open to non guests at a cost of 200 baht per day, but again didn't see many outside guests. At a busy time there may be 5 people in the pool and I often had the pool to myself. Pool bar/ restaurant: we only got a couple of drinks from the pool bar or ice creams during the afternoon. The restaurant we only used for breakfast as there are so many to choose from locally. The breakfast was a set menu with 7 choices, there was plenty to eat, it was good quality food and they did their best to accommodate allergies, although this was hard to explain sometimes to the younger staff members with less English. FYI photos work well to support language issues. Reception: very welcoming, provided extra pillows within minutes of asking. Location: about 150m from the beach.

To be honest, can't think of anything that would make this better. Plain but perfect.

La piscine propre et très jolie, la chambre très propre et avec une jolie vu sur la piscine. Le personnel vraiment aux petits soins, tout était top !

L'environnement. Khao Lak est vraiment envahi par les touristes, beaucoup de russes, beaucoup de boutiques toutes pareilles avec des produits shein en vente... bref on serait bien restés uniquement à l’hotel qui était un petit oasis au milieu de tout ça !

La piscine est sympa pour les enfants La réactivité du personnel, notre clim faisait énormément de bruit et nous avions des bruits d’animaux toute la première nuit ce qui m’a empêché de dormir, je l’ai signalé à l’établissement. Et le lendemain la clim était changé et les animaux ne sont pas revenus m’embêter.

Nous étions au fond du jardin derrière une antenne relais. Le cadre n’était pas top par rapport au gallon qui sont autour de la piscine, je ne sais pas si il y a des tarifs supérieur ou non mais en tout cas le tarif classique n’est pas top pour l’emplacement.

Dear deur van de kamer sloot niet goed, zodat er bij gesloten deur muggen naar binnen konden.

Localização, piscinas, restaurantes.

Banheiro sem box fica tudo muito molhado. Quarto com bastante cheiro de mofo.

Vacker anläggning med jättefint poolområde och mysig restaurang med väldigt god mat. Upplevde inga problem att få solstolar vid poolen, så som andra beskrivit. Nära till stranden och lätt att ta sig till andra stränder och Night Market med Tuktuk. Mycket prisvärt boende.

Det luktade lite avlopp på toaletten.

Nette kleine Anlage, in bester zentraler Lage, nahe zum Center und zum Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Strandtücher wurden zahlreich zur Verfügung gestellt. Restaurants und der Supermarkt befinden sich in direkter Nähe.

Man sollte wissen, dass einige Bungalows direkt an der Straße liegen. Föhn sind nicht vorhanden. In meinem Bungalow war die Matratze extrem hart.

Pool und Landschaft waren gut

Die Betten waren sehr hart, die Zimmereinrichtung war nicht wirklich modern Das Bad war alt und renovierungsbedürftig

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Der Pool ist toll. Essen im zugehörigen Restaurant ist in Ordnung.

Häufig kein ausreichender Wasserdruck beim Duschen, Bad ist eher spartanisch.

Jusqu'aux douches de piscine en forme d'éléphants C'est vraiment mignon Nous avions une terrasse et un frigo avec 2 petites bouteilles d'eau chaque jour ce qui est un gros + Bravo 🥰

La chaleur et l'odeur de la salle de bain mais vraiment pour dire quelque chose

Au top, belle piscine bien situé 300m de la plage et de la grande avenue . Personnel agréable. Les photos parle d’elle même il s’agit d’un bel établissement.

Lit un peu dur à mon goût, manque un peu d’isolement a la chambre.

Nous étions coté route donc bruit des véhicules tôt le matin 6h et tard le soir minuit mais cela n’enlève pas le reste qui était au top
