    Beautiful, peaceful, and very clean stay. The staff were also friendly and very helpful. The only downside is there’s no lift, so it can be quite tiring going up and down the stairs during a stay, especially when carrying luggage during check-out.

    This is your typical large resort property with lots of elderly Europeans and Russians as guests. The rooms extend past a 10 minute walk from the reception and the buffet breakfast feels like at least 100 guests at a ny one time. However, we came for the beach access and those gorgeous seafront pools they have. The staff are great too, trying hard to cope with the numbers at the time. The golf buggy team were super helpful and all in all a most happy stay for us.

    So glad I booked Seaview Resort for our last two nights in Khaolak. We were staying at another hotel and it was not meeting our needs. From arrival Seaview staff were amazing, their hospitality did not fault even though the resort was closing in a few days time to be rebranded as a Katathani. We had an issue with mosquitos as the door to our room had a large gap. Once notified, staff moved us to a new room, sprayed for mozzies and left us with a diffuser. We also were given a late check out for no extra charge. The resort is very tired and Katathani are the right company to bring this awesome resort back to it's prime. Perfect location, great layout with potential to be amazing and excellent staff. I hope they all keep their jobs during the change over. We will definitely stay again.

    We booked this hotel 6 months ago but 2 days from arriving and we had paid I emailed regarding checking and I then received an email back saying They were Closing for 6 months Renovations we could only stay 2 nights we would then have to go to another hotel or cancel . Agoda hadn’t been informed and they were so helpful . As we were already travelling we couldn’t cancel and after many emails and stress they moved us to the other hotel for the full duration . I’m sure someone would have know before that this accomodation wasn’t available we had to spend so much time of our holiday trying to get answers . Thank you too Agoda for all their help
