Staff were wonderful. Setting very pretty. Garden surrounds were gorgeous. Staff were very open to attending to any concerns you may have. Tour guide at resort was lovely and open to our desire to travel to non touristy spots.
If you prefer quiet relaxing beside pool, this isn't for you as the pools are joined. Bed was hard but once I requested mattress topper, it was provided immediately.

Swimming pool, breakfast box when leaving very early morning.
Hotel has no beach access even so the hotel name stating “Oceanside”. The beach close to the hotel does not offer any possibility to lay or stay in the shadows neither are any beach chairs possible to rent as the whole beach front is owned by other hotels. Beach itself has nice sand but there are some stones which you need to be quite careful to not hurt yourself. Coffee at breakfast was of very poor quality.
