Thank you very much for your hospitality thank you khun Chay,bee ,opal!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very inconvenience to get to the main road and access to the beach. The swimming pool is huge!!! The hotel a little bit old but it good maintenance!!

Relaxing with authentic thai hospitality feel.

This has a lovely atmosphere, the staff are helpful and welcoming. Very nice pool, small gym that was never crowded when i used it. Breakfast very well done, convenient for the beach. Some of the decks/chairs could do with some attention. I really liked the style and atmosphere. In particular Bee and Miew at reception were helpful and Tuffy and Mai were helpful and charming ( pool bar). The lady who cleaned our room was super friendly and she was very helpful when my sister was unwell. (Room 1111 in case management are reading this) 👌

Lovely location next to the beach, staff all so polite and helpful. We had a pool access room which was lovely as had own private deckchairs by the pool outside of our bedroom door. Good selection for breakfast daily.

The pool by our room was very cold - Bhandari pool was warmer. Lots of tiles loose and not in place, pool could do with some TLC and retiled.

Relaxing Stay!!

The breakfast had many options and the chef was very friendly. The housekeeping kept the room tidy and even left a birthday message. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool was spacious with a unique layout.

Superb breakfast, so much choice. Excellent team of staff, always friendly, smiley and helpful. Beautiful grounds and centrally located, easy to get to restaurants, beach and other facilities. We had a wonderful stay.

The bed was rock hard, just like sleeping on a wooden table - I did ask before we arrived for a mattress topper, which wasn't on the bed but, we requested from Bee at reception and ended up with 2 mattress toppers, this made the bed slightly better. Not a major complaint as I know the comfort of a bed is a personal thing. The hotel needs some TLC, the swimming pool tiles are coming off and a water feature doesn't work but, this didn't distract from our visit.

A fantastic stay!

Great value for money. The rooms were spacious & really clean. The breakfast was incredible, so much variety - one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! Hotel had 2 pools and 2 pool bars. Was close to the beach and an easy walking distance away from restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

The temperature of the shower was a nightmare to figure out, was either only hot or only cold.

3th time we visited the Oriental resort and the warm welcome makes even a rainy day looking perfect.

Excellent breakfast Excellent swimming facilities because of the two different swimming pools that we could use in either Oriental and Bandari resort. Professional and very friendly staff, especially Bee, Eva, New and Fen.

The room in Oriental could have an upgrade, especially the bathroom and the electricity plugs.

Lovely hotel, highly recommend!

Room was lovely, especially the direct pool access! The gardens are divine and well maintained- so close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops or a quick taxi/ tuk tuk truck ride up to Bang Nang market. Helpful, friendly staff

Great stay, great food, great people

Staff were lovely. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.Plenty of pools to choose from and beautiful surrounding gardens. breakfast was delicious and varied each day. Chef would also come and greet everyone which was a nice touch. Suzy and Widra(I think) went above and beyond everytime we saw them at breakfast.Bee, Bam,Siddy and New were a great help at reception

We had a neighbour between our friends and us who were constantly smoking weed so when we wanted to use our balcony and they were there we opted not too, which was quite often. The Aircon was also quite finicky, I think it's a bit old. Room cleaning happens quite late...we were out for the day came back and our rooms were not cleaned yet, so we just requested that toiletries and water be replenished and no clean.

breakfast - excellent. Pool was very enjoyable. Room was clean and neat, only problem was with shower - hard to adjust the water temperature - equipment out of date. Very good location and vert relaxing. Found all staff most polite and helpful from Eva at check in to Suzy at breakfast.

Beautiful resort in Khao Lak

The resort was beautiful and breakfast was great!

Towels smell terrible (like vomit) after getting wet once. Had hassle with check-in as the hotel was overbooked (overheard it happening to two other couples as well). We were moved to another, worse hotel and the staff barely apologized for the invonvenience - it seemed more like an announcement to us.

A great location, pool fantastic, staff lovely but buildings are a bit run down and need love

Initially I was happy with the hotel. I had a room with the pool balcony which was great, I was happy with my room (for most of my trip), and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is run down and needs a bit of TLC I also didn’t like when (after a few days of rain) I awoke on my last day to find water streaming down the walls, pouring from the air conditioning unit and dripping from light fixtures. I was on the ground floor (in 3313)so the rooms above me must have been inundated too and the room next to me also suffered from same thing. Unfortunately the incident wasn’t handled well by staff and I had to quickly pack and vacate the room without being able to take a shower or being able to brush my teeth. After that I had no room to go to and a four hour wait until my airport transfer arrived. It was an unfortunate and disappointing end to my holiday.

Another amazing stay !!!

We had a direct access pool room, highly recommend it. The resort is superbly maintained and the staff are amazing. Do yourself a favour and visit the spa on the property, situated in such a tranquil setting. This is our second visit to this hotel and has become a family favourite. It is such good value for money in the low season, highly recommend it.

Amazing value for money and beautiful resort

Amazing value for money (I booked in low season last minute whilst backpacking for a treat as the value was too good to miss). Beautiful comfortable rooms with character. Great location for the beach and restaurants. Nice bathrooms. Good food for room service. Beautiful resort to walk around. Staff were helpful with booking trips and taxis.

There weren't aways many veggie Thai options and breakfast but loads of fruit, juices, pastries etc and still very good.

Food, big variety for breakfast, beautiful spa- probably the most beautiful I have ever seen as well as the massage was just awesome. It has the best location, very walk friendly and central but still also very silent and peaceful. It is part of the Bhandari Resort so you use the public place together. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel could need a little renovation.
