Overall it was really good and I will visit again .

Location was good, we can easily access all areas of Abu Dhabi. Cleanliness is remarkable. It was my 2nd stay. It was a bit different as last time reception staff was cooperative but this time they were reluctant to listen and finally I have to call the senior person who did her best and I am thankful to her.

Breakfast menu as daily same food esp of Indian touch. There are other Asian countries whose guest were there so it should be different items daily.

Reasonable space for the three bedroom flat. Quit place and close to many attractions in Abu Dhabi city. We enjoyed one night stay at the hotel.

Our stay was fabulous - the staff of Rotana saw to that! Definitely coming back again!

Service was great. From the car valet point to the cleaning of the room, the staff at the reception - everyone was just a great ambassador of Rotana. We had a good time. Good value for money too. Met my request.

the worst place ever

The worst place to stay in , someone from the workers entrance my room while I was in the room with my family with no permission from me , I come late and still I was waiting almost 15min with my kids to check in , cleaning of the room is very bad I went out and come back the room is not cleaned well , after all that and more they offered to refund my money for only one night and I was there for suffering with my family for 3 nights

Amazing experience

This is my second staying at the hotel and it’s been amazing friendly staff clean rooms and they’ve amazing facilities we enjoyed the delicious food room service and the ginger restaurant Big pool and definitely we’re staying there again next time !

The fact that we booked for 2 adults and 2 children... bit then when we got there there was a bed for my girls.. and to be told there was a charge for another bed. You can't say it's suitable for a family of 4 and then charge for an additional bed...... need to make that clearer if that the case.

Cursed stay at Park Arjaan

The gym and swimming pool. They have employee name: Ashok, he is the best and the only one who really works hard to save Rotana Park from bad review.

They assigned me a room, but then they gave it to someone else and kept us waiting for 5 hours!! Reception staff was not honest and not cooperative. last thing, they lost my car key and I was waiting for more than one hour to get my car!!

Amazing hotel and facilities, very friendly staff, from the entrance - concierge Zakeer, to Joyce at the reception who provided us excellent room (we booked 3 Bedroom Suite), very spacious and big balcony. There is great bar Coopers - we loved it, thank you Raees and Bikash. Playground for kids, tennis court, location right next to beautiful big park. Definitely recommend.
