We checked in at 2:00 AM and checked out at 10:00 AM. But we noticed the following Breakfast has a lot of variety Rooms are spacious Rooms are clean

The shower leaked badly, allowing water to spread across the bathroom floor and turning it into a pool. The towels also seemed to have something on them that caused us to sneeze; request new ones

Excellent family getaway.

We had a connecting family room which was perfect for our family of 6. Service was impeccable and everyone went above and beyond to assist us - from Muhammed at the front desk, to Babu the concierge to Ade who helped keep us stocked up, and all the staff , we felt well taken care of and we had plenty of space. The food at the restaurant was delicious!

Location is a little tricky with not much around but taxis were easy to get and affordable to all the main sites and locations.

Excellent hotel which is made special by the caring staff such as Mayura.

Mayura provided a very professional, caring and personalised service. He always ensured that everything in relation to my room was exactly as I wanted it. He made me feel that he genuinely cared about my experience.

The plastic cover on the desk chair is sweaty if used for a long time. The swimming pool does not get a lot of sun.

breakfast was very good. cleanliness was amazing. the 9th floor lounge was always empty with no food. although we were told that there is hi tea served there everyday 330 t0 5.530 pm, but there was no such such service during our stay. otherwsie all was great

no foos dervice on the 9th floor although we stayed on the executive floor

A truly relaxing and enjoyable stay — I’d definitely come back to Park Rotana again!

The stay was exceptional! The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. I also loved the breakfast selection — everything was fresh and delicious. The location is perfect and close to everything in Abu Dhabi.

Honestly, there’s nothing major to complain about. Everything met or even exceeded my expectations. Maybe just a small note — the unavailability of airport shuttle , but overall it was smooth and pleasant.

Breakfast was good . Hospitality at restaurant was good.

We booked room for 2 adults and 2 kids and they asked payment for additional bed .. At restaurant they kept on checking and made us wait if we were eligible even after telling them that I had booked full board meals. Despite paying the full amount early on - the stay was not comfortable as compared to other hotels… definitely will not be staying again.

What stood out was not just her clarity or professionalism — but the genuine care, patience, and calm confidence she delivered throughout the call. In a time where many guest services feel automated or routine, Thoru offered something rare: a real human connection that made me feel welcomed and valued even before I arrived. She walked me through the booking confirmation and clearly explained the Yas Parks package, handling every question with kindness and attention. A staff member like Thoru doesn’t just fulfill a role — she closes the gap between what guests expect and what they truly need. That’s what builds loyalty and creates lasting impressions. Having someone like her on any team is a true asset. Because of this experience, I plan to return and book again at Park Rotana on my next visit to Abu Dhabi, God willing. Location, free parking. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We liked the option to select a family connecting room, something not all hotels offer in advance of check in.

I love the fact that I was able to get an upgrade at a very decent cost for a beautiful room.

I don’t like the fact that I had to wait in a line for so long to check out that took a second once I did. Maybe have some dedicated checkout lanes or regularly ask people in line who are for checkout? 🤷‍♂️ I’m sure that will increase customer satisfaction if you can increase efficiency 😄
