I had a wonderful stay and was very satisfied with my experience. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always had a positive attitude. They responded to all of our requests very quickly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Staff so friendly and helpful , rooms are very comfy and well maintained and the team of house keeping are so supportive also the gym by the pool , the pool party of Saturdays my daughter enjoyed it a lot . The valet and bellman were also very friendly and keen on helping .

My stay was pleasant overall. The room was comfortable, the property was well maintained, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by an interaction with the Egyptian reception manager. I found him unnecessarily defensive when I raised a concern. Rather than listening and addressing the issue professionally, he became argumentative and walked away from the reception desk.
Good guest service is not about avoiding concerns; it is about handling them with respect, professionalism and accountability. Based on my experience, this fell short of those standards. If this interaction reflects the level of guest service the hotel finds acceptable, then our expectations of hospitality are clearly different.
