It's an apartment hotel so our room was huge. Super clean, very good breakfast with excellent staff. We used the pool from the adjacent hotel, very nice pool area.

Called 3 weeks in advance to shorten my stay by one day. After a 20-minute wait, customer service said they'd contact the property. The property never responded. I called again—same story. Property says they need Booking's approval. Booking says they sent the request. Nobody takes responsibility. Arrived at the property (which was excellent, by the way). They confirmed what I already knew: they can't do anything without Booking. Tried calling again during my conference but couldn't waste another hour on hold. Bottom line: I gave you 3 weeks notice. I made multiple calls. Your system failed at every step. I paid for a night I explicitly tried to cancel with plenty of advance notice, and both you and the property pointed fingers at each other while I got stuck with the bill. I'm requesting a full refund for the unused final night. This isn't about the money—it's about holding Booking accountable for a system that completely failed. When a customer does everything right and still can't get a simple modification done, that's not "customer service," that's customer hostage-taking. Fix your communication with properties or stop pretending you offer flexibility.

Location next to Yaz Marina Circuit was perfect for attending Grand Prix. Easy walking distance. The two bedroom suite was very spacious with everything we needed. More than enough space for Four adults. There is a small kitchen with everything you would need if you wanted to self cater. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast which is included and between Monday and Thursday there is an evening happy hour with completely drinks and what was described as appetisers but actually was a full meal. The icing on the cake was the surprise we came back to on our second day. A Grand Prix theme gift of chocolates and Champagne,

Everything was good. Stuff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Room very big and clean perfectly

The room was under the ground floor. No balcony and view on the ground. Pool is ok and always on the shade, we always used the pool of the crow plaza.

It was all a bit bland but we should have known/guessed that.

Cleanliness, proactivity of the staff to help without waiting for a tip. Answering the phone quickly. Very clean. Well equipped for family visits & child friendly environment. The location was a great bonus, also you can use crown plaza facilities like spa. The kitchen was well equipped and this is a big bonus with the washer.

As it was a weekend, the economical/guest oriented option of no cleaning is required was active. But the water refill it is not automatic you need to call for it. We called and we got it promptly though. One more thing, there was painting job but not mentioned when we did the booking (while there was a note about it before our arrival date). There was a request to keep curtains down for privacy !! Almost full day! Lucky we were out most of the times but the smell was there & the sunlight would be nice to see whenever you wake up! A note would be a good gesture. But positive things over numbered the downside ones

More vegeterian options shall be provided. Pastries & sweets shall be having option of eggless also, which is not given at present. For Dinner, Indian Dal is must along with Rice.. Plain rice cant be consumed.

Staff The most important thing that makes a difference to a hotel stay apart from location, room, breakfast etc is the staff. They are always smiling, helpful and eager to know if your stay is comfortable. A trait that I have seen in a very few hotels. Location A perfect location for a memorable holiday. Access to a private beach and a shuttle service stop for Yas mall and other attractions. Room Spacious room with a small kitchenette having all the utilities including a washing machine, microwave and a hotplate. Breakfast A good variety of options in the breakfast suitable for everyone's taste. Social Hour (6 - 8 pm) A pleasant surprise for us as it offers complimentary food and drinks which was really nice. Above all, we had an amazing time and we would love to stay in this hotel again.

Noise i can hear air planes!!!

The staff are very friendly and super helpful, this my second stay there with several months gap and the Randal reconized us and upgraded our room at no cost without us asking for it. The hotel is grrat and in an excellent location. Having a washing machine in the room allows you to travel with less luggage without high laundry costs. Excellent for travel with kids as the rooms are spacious and fhere is a closet room for all the bags to stay out of the way as well as beinf very close to all the attractions in Yas island

This was a nice non smoking hotel but the corridor in front of our room strongly reaked of cigarettes and there was clearly someone smoking there and the staff had not addressed this

Literally everything! Rooms, facilities everything is clean! Highly recommended especially for family or group of friends!! We were upgraded to a 1 bed room first time ever to get upgraded! We were very happy!! They also offer complimentary dinner, snacks and drinks the day that we checked in which is amazing!! Staff everyone are very helpful!! Definitely I will keep on choosing them whenever going and staying in Yas Island.

The location was perfect, buses can take you over 15 minutes wherever you want, stuff are very friendly and helpful

I think you must add new dishes to the buffet, like extra chicken and meat in the dinner buffet

The Family Suite is spacious and provides enough privacy for a couple and their two teenagers. Two balkonies with a nice view. Strong A/C. Very good breakfast offering enough variety. Excellent bread. Highlight was the complimentary dinner that was offered by the hotel every day. We also very much enjoyed the 'breakfast to go' option on the day of our departure. Special thanks to the very friendly and attentive staff. Always there to promptly help with any request.

The showerhead is too big and heavy and the resulting low water pressure is insufficient. Only one receptionist may lead to unnecessary waiting during peak hours.

The room was perfect for a family of 4, the breakfast was very nice and the room was very clean.

Yas Island's most beautiful spot, less than 5 minutes walk from Erihad Arena which I basically was interested in, cause my journey was dedicated to Euroleague's 2025 final four. Also less than 5 minutes walk from Yas Bay, the spot with the best restaurants bars etc. Alternatively, if you couldn't stand the extremely hot weather, the taxi both for Etihad Arena and Yas Bay costs 12 AED (the minimum fare). The hotel's working guys were ALL as polite and smiling, as it gets. 24 hours at our disposal for ANYTHING. The breakfast had anything one could ask for, although.....I am on a diet so all I ate was low fat yogurt with pecan and honey 😂 Last but not least : EVERY TIME I leave my country for a journey for vacation abroad, my main stress is....THE WATER, I mean drinkable water. Well, I told the guys from the very first moment and every time I was returning to the hotel from walks outside, they had brought us to the room 3-4 bottle's of water. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING
